Part of the reason why I tried to keep the cost of Characters like Black Bolt and the Mandarin down is because I knew Bill was going to be so expensive. He was also 22 points in the original game, but his Power Grid never made any sense. I guess they wanted to make him significantly different than the IQ version of Thor , whose Specials he played, but 5 Energy and 6 Intellect? I'm just so tired of asking "what were they thinking?" So Bill in OP3 is much more comics-accurate using the same amount of points. Of course, his Grid is nearly identical to Thor's , but he's now got his own array of Specials to differentiate him.
