Quicksilver was perfectly acceptable when he first debuted in the Mission Control expansion set. But his IQ revision is one of my biggest points of contention with the original game. 7 Energy? Really? Okay... I mean, he's fast, but he's never really displayed the kind of creative superspeed tricks the Flash has. Not to the same extent, so maybe the 7 is a bit much (this was before we saw the Flash's insulting 6E, which just made the whole situation even worse). And the 2 Intellect, are you serious? What the hell is that about? So my Quicksilver is back to being a max-6 Character, which lets me give him an awesome Inherent Ability I'm very excited about. It makes him one of the most versatile Reserve options in the game, especially considering he has some really good OPD cards.
