Art by the wicked Julian Totino Tedesco.Just had to update this one to bring it in line with the new Third Edition standard . I mean, I guess I could've left it as is, but without the benefit of his original Inherent Ability, it's usefulness was seriously diminished. A One Per Deck card that lasts the entire game works better now I think.
