One of my all-time favorite Batman rogues. Sources are conflicted on the spelling of Riddler's name. Some have it as "Nygma," but the majority seem to be in the "Nigma" camp, so that's what I went with. Dropped him down a couple points from the original version because the 3E and 5F never seemed right to me. He uses guns, but not that often. No other weapons or gadgets besides his cane, and of course no powers. So what was the 3E for? And he's so not a fighter. I only have his Fighting at 4 because no 15-point Characters in OP3 are allowed to have 7s, and Riddler's 7I is undeniable.
