Description
I've always wanted to try drawing something for Metropolis, but I've always felt that I'd just really mess it up. However, earlier I drew something for Doctor Who (fav.me/d6hrjzv) that I realized I could work very easily into Tima, and it was what I'd been looking for! Obviously this is based on that very breathtaking scene that many people draw. I used a reference from Metropolis only for Tima's shirt, and looked through a bunch of birds so that I could attempt to get the anatomy correct...

PS: I'm fairly sure there was a more open area around Tima in this scene, but I wanted to display part of the slums, you know?
