Great tutorial! but do you do this all in one layer? or use a layer for each color? and is your layer set to normal? as well as the brush?

yeah , one layer set to normal but the lines should get erased frist(transparent) if you wanna do that, if not just set to mutiply

you make it look so easy. i've seen your past tutorials but i still can't get it right. well... partly because i use a mouse. i can't afford those fancy ass tablets yet. 
i also change the settings of my brush but it doesn't help much coz im an idiot. haha.

Decent tutorial, but it teaches more of what colors to use when shading than the actual technique of how to shade.
