So, my first tutorial is here.
I have others in progress, but this was definetly easier to do, as this is one of the quickest thing I've done.
I have collected this tecnique following some tips I've found here and there, I should credit for works and the suggestions she made in her comments and and for the "atmosphere layer" tip. Oh, and obviously for the original drawing:
