my first time doing a tutorial
it's how i do my digital works ya?

I asked through a journal what tutorial I should make,and some suggested I do both. (watercolor and mouse coloring tutorials) but now that I'm still lazy to take photos,i did this one first~ Hope this'll help~
The final piece will be gifted to tha commissioner~

Why not use a tablet? It's like drawing with a real-life pen with full pressure sensitivity. It's also a lot faster to use a tablet compared to a mouse. A friend of mine switched from using a mouse (which she had used for years and years) to a tablet and she went from taking 15 hours to finish a painting down to 4-5 hours for the same quality painting.

Not if you don't buy one of the huge ones! My wacom graphire was 70 bucks new, had photoshop elements included (which would have been about 70-90 bucks just by itself), and it lasted me a little more than 6 years. That's about 12 bucks each year, which costs much less than a yearly subscription to DA (not to mention that you could, potentially, make that money back since you'll have more time for more commissions). Non-wacom brands are cheaper (I've seen some tablets going for 30-40 bucks) but I haven't heard a lot of good things about their quality/durability.

Wacom stopped making the graphire a few years ago. However, they're now making the Wacom Bamboo which is basically the same thing (it even uses the same drivers and everything). Here's a link if you want to see it: Bamboo Connect (it's 80 bucks, but they do put them on sale sometimes) and Bamboo Capture (it's 99 bucks and it comes with Photoshop Elements). Of course, the price and type of tablet you can get really depends on your country. If you're in Europe, you can still get the Bamboo Pen for €59.90.

i scanned my drawing but i cant do any lineart on the computer cause my tablet wont stop selecting :l so.. i cant create a layer below the sketch since its been scanned ono
