Fallen heroes who started out as very gifted students born to families with extraordinary powers(The Skywalker Family & The Uchiha Family), having trained to become supernatural warriors(Jedi & ninja) and also used a naturally occurring spiritual energy(the Force & Chakra). They were once comrades with snarky mentors(Obi-Wan Kenobi & Kakashi Hatake) and wanted to bring peace to their universes, but ended up doing something considered taboo in their societies(Vader joining the Dark Side & Obito prioritizing his friends over his mission) and would eventually turn evil with the death of their loved one(Padme Amidala & Rin Nohara). They took part in large-scale wars(The Clone Wars & Third Shinobi World War) where they got fatal wounds so they were rebuilt as masked individuals with prosthetic parts(Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader and was turned into a cyborg after being dismembered and burnt, while Obito took the alias of Tobi and was outfitted with the same substance as White Zetzu after being crushed by a boulder), thanks to being rescued by greater antagonists who they served under as pawn(Emperor Palpatine & Madara Uchiha). They took part in the massacre of their own people(Order 66 & Uchiha Clan Massacre), have dueled against former comrades more than once and even killed their mentors. They helped create an organization along with a deadly weapon after their turn to the dark side and led armies of white clones during another large-scale war(Galactic Civil War & Fourth Shinobi World War), only to redeem themselves thanks to the protagonist(Luke Skywalker & Naruto Uzumaki), who were trained by their former allies which leads to them sacrificing their lives to help bring down a greater evil(Vader helped Luke by tossing Palpatine into a shaft while being struck by Force Lighting & Obito took an All-Killing Ash Bone from Kaguya which was meant for Naruto while using Kamui to destroy one aimed for Kakashi)."

"Go watch a movie. Anyway, turns out that Anakin WAS indeed gifted with the Force and Liam Neeson- I mean Qui-Gon Jin could see that so he took him in in hopes of training him...only for that to be cut in half so it was Obi-Wan Kenobi who trained Anakin in the ways of the Jedi. Over the years, Skywalker grew in his skill and power as he fought alongside his comrades during the Clone Wars, but unfortunately, he also grew in arrogance. This led to him becoming overconfident, but also angrier...enough to do the unthinkable...slaughtering sand people after losing his mother and turning to the Dark Side. This ended in a tearful break up with his brother Kenobi and a severe case of getting burnt alive. This was not the end for him however, for Palpatine just so happened to be there and played a game of Operation with his body, fitting Anakin with metal limbs and a brand new face. From that moment on, he became Palpatine's enforcer and a thorn on the Rebel side during the Galactic Civil War. His new name...is Darth Vader."

"Even after getting burnt up and getting an awesome metal suit made with Durasteel Alloy and a life support system, Vader is still one of the most powerful sith lords, highly skilled with his Dual-Phase Red Lightsaber and practically rivaled by only a few in the use of the Force, a spiritual energy field created by all life which bounds the universe together. With it, he can lift people as well as large structures, pull objects towards him, push things away with Force Push, throw his lightsaber and retrieve it like Captain America, absorb energy with Tutaminis, create barriers, sense the presence of others, control minds, predict incoming attacks and his favorite, CHOKE the living hell out of those who annoy or piss him off. In fact, his own anger can amplify his power and even make him MORE dangerous than before."

"It's most impressive how he's dueled and defeated some of the most powerful jedi and sith fighters such as Count Dooku, Mourne, a clone of Darth Maul and Obi-Wan, with whom he reunited at the Death Star and had a rematch. Vader won that one. Yet for all his victories, he can be beaten. He's not as fast as he was in his prime thanks to his armor being so damn heavy and also weak to electrical discharge, which could disrupt his life support system. However, with the Force and his tactical genius, he can work around his flaws and show the whole universe many reasons why he's the feared Dark Lord of the Sith."

"In a different sort of galaxy and hailing straight from the village of Konoha, Obito Uchiha was born into the Uchiha Clan. However, while gifted, they looked down on him for his crappy limited abilities so he sought to change that. How? By graduating from Ninja Academy and joining up with Teamn Minato of course, paired up with fellow genin such as Kakashi Hatake and Rin Nohara under the tutelage of Minato Namikaze. Together, they trained and eventually enlisted to fight in the Third Shinobi World War. Some time during this war, both Kakashi and Obito would go on a mission to save their teammate Rin, but Uchiha ended up sacrificing himself to save Kakashi from a surprise attack. Before dying, Obito gave his friend one of his Sharingan eyes and let out what was to be his last breath. However, he was actually saved by the man named Madara Uchiha, who basically told him to help "save" the world and to sweeten the deal, he showed Rin's death at the hands of Kakashi. Following this tragic moment, Obito joined Madara and began a series of actions that would lead to the Fourth Shinobi World War, hiding under a mask."

"Regardless of which mask he wears, Obito proves to be one of the most top tier characters in the Naruto franchise. Thanks to Madara, Obito hand-to-hand combat skills are so high that he poses a threat to even Nine Tails Mode Naruto and has even kept up with Kakashi on numerous occasions with his Taijutsu skills. His intellect is equally high since he knows just about every tactic many villages would use and can find any weaknesses in them. It also helps that his chakra reserves are enhanced greatly by the White Zetsu matter in his body and this lets him do even the most taxing of chakra techniques as well as heal from wounds faster and perform Wood Release. While he could use all nature transformations, he often prefers to move underground with Earth Release and he's far more talented in the field of Fire Release. Here, he can shoot big fireballs and perform the deadly Fire Release: Blast Wave Wild Dance. Those are good and all, BUT that's not what you think of when you hear his name right? No, the honor would go to his eye powers! The Sharingan lets him keep track of his opponent's movements as well as predict their attacks and the Mangekyo Sharingan lets him perform Space-Time Ninjutsu techniques which means he can teleport by absorbing himself into another dimension with his right eye and turning intangible, therefore phasing through attacks. Then there's the Rinnegan, which let him create chakra chains and revive the dead in exchange for his own life. However, having sealed the Ten Tail beast into his body, Obito transformed into the Ten Tail Jinchūriki and this form gave him superior strength, speed and regenration, but at the cost of his intangibility. Oh yeah, he could also use Truth-Seeking Orbs and make just about any weapon with them, including kunai and explosives. He can fly too..."

"Besides murdering nearly everybody in the Uchiha Clan, Obito has become so powerful that he's defeated Minato Namikaze, fought both Naruto and Sasuke at once, reacted to an attack from the Raikage by turning intangible at the speed of light and withstood the combined explosion of four Tailed Beast bombs with his barriers. While formidable, he's not invincinble. It's true that his chakra reserves are extra large, but its not infinite which means that he can still run out of juice and to make matters worse, it can be further decreased by constant use of just about any jutsu. His Sharingan can be deactivated if blinded, some Genjutsu powers require eye contact and some of his powerful techniques like Kamui and Izanagi do run on a time limit. He also can't phase through things while he's on the offense. Lastly, while in his Ten Tails form, he permanently loses his intangibility, his regeneration has limits and his power output relies on willpower, which means he could get weaker if it waivers. Hey, this is Obito we're talking about! No way he could get weaker like that, even in the face of death. The form of death which would help save the world..."

(Mr.O groans as he puts his head in the desk)

"Ooh dear Yoda, this fight really IS complex as hell! There was only so much I could cover for these two!, Especially Obito!"

"This one is really close and there's even solid arguments for either masked master to win this one....yet I gotta pick a side and well, I'm very confident in the victor."

"While it's true that Obito is generally far more agile given how he's not slowed down by a heavy suit and can give the sith/jedi plenty of trouble with his space-time and mind-f**k abilities, but ultimately that won't be enough. While both can counter a lot of what they can do to each other, Darth Vader often takes the stats trinity more times than not. Given how he can be comparable to Sidious, who's more powerful than all the previous sith. This means that Vader is more powerful than Darth Malgus, who was able to defeat The Outlander, who battled a creature capable of destroying ENTIRE PLANETS! Oh sure Obito could get pretty close to that kind of power in his Ten Tails form being stronger than a 2nd form Ten Tails who made an explosion that launched several mountains into the air, but given how Vader's even more powerful than a Nightsister who can drain the power of an artifact capable of moving whole moons at hypersonic speeds, it's reasonable to say Vader exceeds this kind of power and can potentially end Obito before he could even regenerate."

(Taps into an electric ball)

"Doesn't help that Skywalker can make himself even stronger by amplifying his Force abilities. He can do so by absorbing Obito's energy and even turning them against him. He can even augment his power further by feeding off Obito's negative emotions and draining the ninja while he became stronger. As for speed, Obito can indeed be faster than Gaara, the sand dude who moves his sand at 123 c, BUT then we have the Dark Lord who so happens to be as fast or faster than Luke Skywalker, who definitely sliced up a droid with perception speeds of around 6.1 picoseconds. Well over 28 times the speed of light. This means that Vader should be way faster and able to strike down Obito before the latter could do anything else, even with precognition. Oh yeah, if we add Double Vision to the mix, Vader's precognition would be BETTER than Obito's."

"I could talk about durability, but why do that when I can go to the meat of this fight? Haxes! Obito does have plenty of weapons stored in that fancy Kamui dimension of which he could summon and, like I said, has lots of mind-f**k powers, but not only can Lord Vader slice up weapons such as kunai and the Gunbai, but he can also resist a lot of what Obito can do. While Obito does have strong mental defenses, Vader has been proven to be capable of shattering the mental barriers of those equal to him, meaning that he CAN read his opponent's mind with little to no harm nor manipulation. THAT right there, is how he can figure out the source of Uchiha's powers and there's more! With options like Tutaminis, Vader can absorb his energy, feed on negative emotions AND shut down Obito's long-range options, leaving only close-range."

"Bloody hell, Vader can anchor himself to prevent himself from being pulled INTO THE KAMUI DIMENSION! That said, let's go...into Ten Tails territory. While such a form grants him unique power-ups, Vader has ways to disable them too. While Obito can regenerate, Vader's expertise with the Force means that he can figure out and literally destroy the head and heart, parts of Obito that haven't been shown to regenerate, thus likely nullifying that healing factor. That or he can obliterate Ten Tails with Force Combustion. Can't heal if there's nothing left of ya eh? Lastly, both Luke and Leia have shown to resist the influence of Darth Sidious, whose presence tears time and space. Given how Anakin is comparable to his kids, he can definitely counter the Truth-Seeking Orbs."

"In short, while Obito has tons of impressive tricks, especially his Genjutsu and Ten Tails abilities, and a silver tongue, he's no match for Darth Vader's superior power, speed and overwhelming control over the Force which disables pretty much all of Obito's significant advantages."

EDIT: Ok so the battle should be out by now right? Have you seen it? If not, do that first before reading this part.

Totally didn't expect Obito to win this one. Ok that's a lie 'cause prior to the battle section, I did tell myself to prepare for this outcome and it shouldn't be a surprised. Yet, I was MAYBE a little surprised with the outcome. I thought that part where Vader was struck by the giant sword was a fake out of sorts, where Vader would be behind Obito and crush the organs that are vital to his regeneration before then killing him with Force Combustion. Turns out that it ends with that. Following that, they gave their reasons as to why they believed that Obito won and I gotta say...I don't exactly agree with the outcome. For starters, they were NEVER close or equal in stats since Vader actually takes the advantage in more stats than Obito. Also for a lot of the points that they gave in Obito's favor, there's just as many if not more that could easily counter them.

I COULD argue against that, BUT I won't. Why? Because that would be a massive waste of my time. The kind of time that's better spent on doing more artwork and also learning stuff. That said, congrats to Obito and the next battle's alright with me.
