I made this for Spring 2019 ContestMascot Reference
You had to draw their mascot, Caroline, doing something spring related. I had no ideas of any kind of spring activities... so I drew her being surrounded by things that remind me of the season. There are sakura petals, honey bees, strawberries, and several kinds of butterflies, which for the most part I drew and then copied and pasted the same small drawing over and over again. All of this is coming out of her paintbrush signifying that we can create anything we can imagine! ^^
I didn’t shade this piece mostly because I was already spending a lot of time on this, and I have other things on my agenda that I have to finish. Speaking of time, this took me about 21 hours to draw and color in IbisPaintX... I really need to work on my speed...

I basically just used the main color of each butterfly to make the outlines and fill in with the accent colors. Then I copied the finished one and just pasted in a different size, position, and place. Just did it over and over again with the butterflies, and bees. The strawberries were done individually (I just like making them) except for two or three. And the petals were drawn in groups, then copied and pasted repeatedly.

Yeah. I was getting tired of working on this and just wanted to be done with it...
Sketching, probably. Digitally, I’ll do at least three layers of sketches, but sometimes I’ll make up to ten, depending on the complexity of the piece, each one slightly more refined.
Traditionally, I’ll use a kneaded eraser to leave only a lightly drawn sketch, again doing it over and over until it looks right (or I give up and leave it as is). Sometimes I’ll sketch in different colors do I don’t have to erase as often.

I like parts of many of my drawings. Like I really like how the hands in this one came out. But I think my best one to date is **Request** Riolu TF . At least in my opinion. ^^ But I really like the way the hair came out in **Request** General Hux to Archen , too.

Time ago you say this kind of drawings was kinda weird for you, I expected that one of your best drawing was a backgrounded drawing of a shaded pokemon

Not all tfs are weird, just that one anthro two-headed one. I actually like doing regular tfs. And thank you so much! That is one of my favorites as well, I guess I was just thinking more of the stuff I’ve done lately as it’s still fresh in my mind. I drew that several years ago, but I’m still pretty pleased with it.
I like this icon, too. It’s got two of my fav Pokémon on it. I’ll make my own icon eventually, but until then, I’ll be switching between the f2u ones on dA.

¡Yeah!, I see you like Tfs, and even if I consider that two Tfs's, I really think you have best *Digital ones, like with shade, background or stuff like that
