The background is clean and organized, it goes well with the cutesy daisy theme and matching same base color swatches.There's only two things i would fix:
1. Left cheek- Needs to be slightly more rounded especially near the jaw line.
2.Legs-The hip is clearly outlined through the dress but the legs are too far right, foreword faced, and too low.Lets says she is twisting and her legs are face front, you still would have to move both her legs so that her left leg's outline is parallel with her belly outline, and knee is not visible but the middle of her calves are.
Besides that the Concept, Design, and Style is very well done.

I really like the colors and lineart, but the arms are a bit stiff. Maybe having them a bit lower would make it look less stiff.
Also, I don't really know what's going on with the legs. The thighs seem too long because instead of appearing where they are, they're supposed to appear higher, just under the tips of the right hand (considering the character's height). If you wanted the legs to stay the way there were, you'd probably have to change the arm length by just a little.
The legs also seem to be in a rather uncomfortable position, adding to the drawing being stiff. It would probably help if they were a little farther apart and facing a different direction.
Other than those things, the drawing is overall very nice and the shading is great.
