How fascinating. We can definitely see how you mature in developing your art style and finally obtain a good memory in drawing proportions.

In your first drawing, you were struggling how to draw the body and focused more on the face. Though, can I just say you already had the talent for drawing frills back in 2012. That made me so happy for some odd reason.

The second one still had some proportions problem but it got my attention back with the great shading and coloring. The third one was too shiny for me. It's an impressive growth though.

Finally, the latest artwork. I love how you color the skin, especially on her legs. The shading got better and realistic. Same with the hair. It has more effort into it and we can see that. Her facial expression is much more pleasing too. I just guessing there's some hesitation in drawing the hands. Also, her arm left arm (the one holding the skirt) is too short than normal.

This is a staggering amount of improvement, you should be proud! I think that you've improved a lot between 2014 and now, the hands look a lot more realistic, you take more risks with your shading (and your piece has more depth as a result), and there's significantly more detail in her facial features. 

Since you made the effort to make her look realistic and even added some line-less details, I'd say that the blush lines look out of place here, and fit more with the anime-like style you used for your 2014 drawing. I also get the impression that her face is too short - it seems that you have fixed this in your latest drawing however, and the end result is awesome !
