Well, an artist draws a character and puts it up for adoption, this means that a person can claim the character by adopting it. Most of the time an artist will require payment, in the shape of points or money.
When you adopt a character you can treat it as your own, make stories about it, draw it however you like, etc.
In this case I have made free adoptables, mostly because I am never going to use these characters anyway, so others might find some joy in them.
I could easily request points for these as they are pretty good (comparidly), but I did not see a need...
