Here is an excerpt from my future story about her:

'Discord snapped his claws, and a mare appeared. She was a lot like the spirit of chaos, in looks that is. She had the body of a pony, with the tail of a dragon. Her horns were identical to Discord's, and her coat was a light brown. She had mismatched eyes, a yellow and a red. Her mane was black with a single light-black accent. "Now, my little ponies, this is Eda." Discord spoke, with a wide grin on his face. "She is a part of me; I used my magic to create her. She has a personalit of her own, but it is shaped off of me. She has chaos running through her blood! She is my minion."'

(Or so Discord thought. Eda becomes more self-aware than Discord expected her, and urns on him. She is bullied by the ponies near her, for being a Draconequus. Eventually she finds her talent. The rest can be read in my future story.)

So, technically, she is a part of Discord's magic. She eventually becomes herself, so most ponies relate her to Discord as his 'daughter.'

Great story Eda's design is very cool, especially eyes, body and cutie mark
She reminds me Screwball (because fans make her as a Discord's daughter too).
