Hmm, I gotta look it up. I have seen some of his videos, but not this one. However, hand has rather thick skin, even more if gloves are used. Mouth, however, not so much, as tongue has really thin skin. It's also really hard to get a good grip on steel with pointy teeth: the metal just slides away.
