I have no words for how lovely this picture is. I stumbled upon it by accident and I'm seriously struck by it. What is the likelihood of getting a hold of a high res version of this pic but with the bikini? I would love to run it through my over-sized printer and make a poster for my wall. It is honestly a beautiful piece of work.

First off, the show isn't an anime.

Certainly much smaller than Korra's. She has a medium-to-substantial-thickness jacket on most of the time we see her, making her figure appear a little bigger.
Also, in this picture she's stretching and arching backwards, and that "spreads out" the fat of the breasts, making them appear flatter.
