It isn't a set description, I see him like that, but you can see him any way you want.

the reason why they call him Graystripe is because he has a darker gray stripe running down his spine and they didn't include that in the description but my friend read all the books and says he has a dark gray stripe on his spine like in Erin Hunter's cat descriptions it sometimes doesn't include eye color or the reason of their name Graystripe is not a tabby he just has a dark gray stripe not tabby fur!

I've read all the books as well, I'm not ignorantly diving into warriors art. This is just how I see him, there there is no official artwork of him besides the comics, and that hardly counts.

Its a good drawing but Graystripe is not a tabby he is just a plain gray tom with amber (or yellow) eyes but overall its good

Zomfg this is absolutely amazing! I just saw the little minimized image of the deviant message notifications that you get and I knew I had to check it out, since the little image looked amazing. You have wonderful detail for the background: the trees, the leaves, the rocks, the grass, the everything! This is so cool! I especialy do love the rocks, and your so good at shadows!
