Sounds more like you have anxiety issues than heart issues. Happen to me from time to time as well. Therapy, and if necessary medication can help.Β

-Please- talk to a doctor about it.
And people around you might surprise youΒ - a few weeks ago I was eyewitness to how a (drunk?) woman attacked someone else in a subway, but the people around them stepped in at once. Hope in humanity restored and all that.

Ugh, i'm sorry this has been happening to you A lot of people care about you, I know a lot of shit happened and you might be shy talking to some people, but we're a bunch to wish you the best. Take care of yourself <3

You have a lot of people here who care for you and are wishing you the best! I hope you get better soon. It may seem lke you're all alone even in a crowd, and that no one cares that you're in pain, but you're never truly alone!Β

*hug* I have anxiety and I can relate to having panics and self deprecating thoughts like this. You're not alone and you have people that care about you.
You probably should see a doctor about your arm though if it's been spontaneously hurting.

Ppl care but you gotta let them in ya know? You ain't alone with this shit...even though it's an unfair fight.
Stay strong....maybe you don't feel strong, but you haven't let it break you, this art is your defense in a way, so you are stronger than you think.Β
Stuff I tell myself at least, seems to work for me...

I had a very similar experience recently. I was taking a plane back to school, and we hit some AWFUL turbulence - the entire plane shaking and rocking, people slowly starting to panic, wings flip-flopping everywhere. I legit thought I was going to die on that plane. Even after things evened out and I got home safely, I had nightmares for the next few nights. -_-

man I know, I don't get scared anymore though cuz it's like...well guess I'm gonna die, but I never do, but acceptance is better than fear for me at least.

Holy shit, I go through the exact same thing. :< Usually I either get scared because I think it's a heart attack or that I'm about to go into anaphylactic shock. I feel you, Owly.... you're in good company.Β

When I had my firstΒ hemiplegic migraine I thought I was having a stroke (weakness/numbness down one side of the body, having trouble thinking/speaking etc.) False alarms are still really scary.Β

I deal with Anxiety everyday thanks to Aspergers, but it's pretty much Social Anxiety. I constantly feel like others are judging me, that they are purposely attacking me when someone inconveniences me. My room is my sanctuary, and yet even that is disturbed thanks to my jerky older brother bothering me about a small indiscretion like it's way too difficult for him to just fix, yet when he does the exact same thing I can't say anything without him getting pissy. Usually I find it's best to find a nice quiet spot somewhere, and take a moment to just breathe deeplyΒ for a few moments. Another thing is watching ASMR videos. I like having one play in the background while I play Microsoft Solitaire or just when IΒ need a good relaxing rest. Don't know if you have your own place, but if you do I hope it's peaceful for you. Don't know how many times I wish I had my own home...all the nice and serene quiet. It's a great way for me to relax when I get it.

How has your health been? When was the last time you been to a doctor? *Hug* Not just for your physical health but your mind too. Heart attack and anxiety can be a scary thing.

Anxiety is terrifying, I can understand the feel all too well.
The fact that I had one so bad that it felt like a heart attack yeah I can sympathize.
I'd suggest looking up ways to try and control the anxiety attacks for sure.
But here's some suggestions or at least what I've used;
Aroma Therapy Scented Candles
Lavender scented stress balls
Breathing technique's and thinking on some positive thoughts and trying to focus on leveling yourself out
This includes telling yourself it'll be okay I can conquer this.

I developed pain in the left side of my jaw suddenly last night so I googled it, and the FIRST thing that came up was possible sign of a heart attack. I think I just popped my jaw out of alignment momentarily or something, but damn google, you're a butt. :/

No, sometimes I feel things similar when I'm alone or in a bus.
I'd hug you if I could.

It can be scary especially since women don't show all the symptoms. You might want to get it checked out. It might be blood clots. (That's what happened to me)
I hope it gets better. (hug)
