Woah dude weird spin on that. I like it, it's so far from any of the others you've made. I'd like to see a 3/4 view of him. I think he looks a bit like a lion lol. A few fingers linked together would make a sick looking tail. Good job on him btw. How did you do the stripes? They look like you actually painted the hands then took the pic.

It takes 20 to 30 photographs to make one of these little devils.
That's takes up a lot of time just to get the source images ready
and then assembling them is another nightmare.
But it's well worth the effort if it makes folks like you interested.
For the stripes.....
I used a Tiger pattern and set it to soft light and then used a vector mask to blend the edges in.
