Poor Charlie used to be an adult, but one day he decided to help his friend lead a Cub Scout troop on a hike through the woods. Someone must have spiked his water canteen with FOY water though, because he soon found himself shrinking and in once embarrassing incident after another. Soon he is small enough to be a Cub Scout himself. Luckily his friend brought an extra uniform. However it looks like it is quickly becoming too big for him.
