This is Dai from the Dragon Quest's manga series. It's a scene from issue 329 of the manga. I changed the way I do the outline in this one, using Photoshop instead of Paint and it makes everything really easy.Almost too easy...
Truth is, making everything from zero's so much more fun than just outlining stuff D:
