Oh my gooooosh this is just gorgeous and adorable! They look so sweet and in love, I love the color palette contrast between both characters :3 The background is beautiful, I like how the trees are opening to that colorful sky! And I think it's original, even if you often draw forest backgrounds, they all look unique and have their own atmosphere :3
