I think it originated in 'All star Batman and Robin' #2 ([link] ), if it didn't existed before. There was also this famouse quote from the Animated series "I'm vengeance, I am the night, I'm Batman" with Kevin Conroy's voice. So "I'm Batman" or "He's the goddamn Batman" has become a popular nerd saiyng when someone did something cool and also to make fun of Batman's ways (I'm guessing, because it's an Enlgish saying, here in Italy we don't have it).
