You can use a mouse but it will be more difficult, as far as the drawing part goes you can do it on paper

I really wish that people in our sculpture class could see your respect for proportion here. Yeah, the faces we draw are very exagerrated, but the bodies look realistic!

It's so true and some people give us a bad name for using the anime style as an excuse, it's one of the most realistic cartoon styles out there!
