Skill: dark mirror - saint can conjure a liquid-like, metallic substance, similar to mercury in consistency which he can then manipulate through motions of hands and fingers. the substance begins, pooled at his feet, and from there he can move it as he pleases within a 15 ft radius (anything beyond this and the substance will liquify and dissipate). he can harden the metal to create simple shapes such as spikes or walls, or more complex shapes including non-mechanical weapons (mainly, his poleaxe). saint can only create two larger sustained items at a time (including his weapon), but he can create up to eight smaller temporary items such as projectiles mid-combat.

larger items (up to the volume of an average person) are bit easier for saint to handle, as they require less dexterous focus on them, however they also move at a slower speed (3 speed). multiple smaller items (the volume of a small dog or less), if being moved by him, demand more attention and therefore he often avoids using them when also in up close combat. Smaller items move faster at 4 speed.

saint mostly uses this ability to create his poleaxe or other weapons, but also will use it as a shield or a way to make a surprise attack on his enemies. shields are only large enough to block attacks from one direction (so one side of a body), but are very sturdy due to their metal-like build. it does take mana to use this skill, so saint cannot create permanent items as it will drain his magic eventually.

Minor Skill(s): dark sun - as an immortal being, saint cannot be killed. however, he can be incapacitated. if his body reaches a level of injury that would be considered fatal, his physical form will disappear and he will leave behind a palm-sized "black star". This star is his a physical materialization of his soul, therefore it can be held and moved by others but it cannot be harmed. while in this state, saint's conscious is dormant and therefore he is unaware of what goes on around him. on rare occasions he may get glimpses of certain emotions in his presence, or specific words or phrases which would be revealed to him similar to how a dream would. recovering from this state usually takes a day or two depending on the extent of his injuries, but under extreme circumstances or if saint has felt immense emotional pain as well, it can take up to a week.

History: A principality created, Saint remembers his first day in the waking world as a small child, attending a class at one of many military academies found throughout haven. Because of his natural-born affinity towards leadership, Saint was trained in general subjects as well as combat and tactics in order to prepare him for his future occupation. Among his peers, Saint was above average, but nothing especially stood out about the young angel.

With no family, or personal upbringing, like many like him, Saint grew with a lack of self identity and found himself accepting his life as a cog in the metaphorical machine. It wasn't until he joined his first unit after graduation that he started to feel a strong sense of belonging. The uncertainty on the battlefield and responsibility of the lives of his brothers and sisters fueled him to become stronger and to work harder. From then on he improved drastically and was promoted as a general of haven's army.

Still a rookie, Saint had a lot to learn, but was a confident and adept leader. He had proved himself on the battlefield numerous times. And because he had left such a positive impression on his superiors, Saint was entrusted to come to magus, along with two others like him, in order to command and teach the soldiers of Enhalo.

Overview: Saint is a relatively young angel still and lacks much real world experience. Because of this he is easily swayed by promises of instant gratification and experiences that allow him to feel more "alive". With his lack of familial upbringing, Saint may come off as a person without proper social boundaries, often seeming much more rude or unkind than he intends. Despite this, his good side shows on the battlefield. Saint feels a strong sense of responsibility for his unit, his mission, and the safety of all involved. He takes his job very seriously despite his general carefree nature, making him a commendable leader, even if he is not the most ideal friend.

Saint is not someone who can change his habits easily, but he is also not the type to be okay with others thinking poorly of him. He will go out of his way to make things right if he has wronged another person, unfortunately, due to his lack of experience, this may just end up pushing blame on another person, or coming off the wrong way. Those who wish to befriend him will have to exercise a bit of patience, or not be overly sensitive when it comes to social nuances.

For anyone romantically interested in Saint, they may find he is not the type to easily fall in love or open up intimately to others. Not only does he find it hard to commit to someone in that way, but his dedication to his job also puts him in a position where he is not interested in spreading himself too thin. because he's immortal he doesn't need to eat, however, going long periods without food can still make him feel ill or weak so he doesn't choose to fast.
despite his carefree nature, saint is actually quite a history buff and also enjoys writing his own poetry. he's embarrassingly proud of it.
