hrm.... you still shouldn't "doubt" yourself. Instead you should go, "the arms look alright... but I know I can do better." Then push yourself and work to get better.
So It's not doubting ^^ instead it's positive self motivation to become better without doubts! ^^

This is great for a simple line drawing.
The coloring is all the same shade, it has strange composition, and it seems like his right light is a fatter than the left. However, critisim aside, I love the piece. The look on his face is very well executed. If you don't mind me saying, with a little more work this piece could go from good to great.
