Description
Many travelers would visit the 2nd Kingdom to see the Toy Maker, a young man whose talented hands could craft the most intricate and fun toys. Some say he made a pact with the Great Witch for that, others believed he was born with natural skills for it.

Nobody knew the truth, but they did know that what happened that night was not of this world.

One day, the Toy Maker decided to create something beautiful, his own masterpiece, something he could share with his precious son. So he took a dark ribbon, white silk, violet strands and porcelain. He saw his creation and decided it was perfect. It was a toy, of course that was the only thing he could create, but it was so perfect that he decided to keep her in a glass cage, where he would present her to his only beloved son.

But the doll wanted more. In fact, she dreamed of a taller body, to have soft skin, and to be able to open her eyes for once and see her creator. She was extatic when the Great Witch gave her two beautiful earrings in her dreams, which would grant her the body she desired so much.

Alas, the Great Witch never gives anything for granted. When the doll opened her eyes, her stare was enough to stop the man of her dream's heart. Her cursed golden eyes would search frantically for help, until they stopped at a familiar face. Before her eyes could take another victim, she took a black ribbon and tied it around her eyes to protect the most precious treasure for both her and the Toy Maker. The child wasn't sure what was happening, but the lady who was before him ran away before he could ask to see her eyes. For since he saw the doll for the first time behind the glass, he always wondered what color were the doll's eyes.

Some say there is a young beautiful maiden with no eyes who wanders alone and unprotected at night. But beware, a man's lust can become his own demise. Those who have survived can only remember a glimpse of gold and malice.
