10. Mithos Yggradasil. (Tales of Symphonia) This guy is on here cause while he did tear a world apart, he did it to try to save his sister and such reasons as well as being an angel which is considered to be good is why he is my #10 villain

1. Megatron (Transformers series) A villain who plunged an entire planet into civil war for over 4 million years, what's not to like about that? Besides the point his fission cannonis the scope of his gun mode I mean.
