Sorry about that. I linked a different pair that I was looking at for a new costume.
Look on the website under ear kits or pairs for large anime ears, those are the ones I used. There are a few other nice looking versions too.

They are only $30 +shipping. You won't find much else that size for cheaper. If you do the quality will probably be pretty bad. There are just some things that don't come super cheap in cosplay and you can't skimp on them.

argh. i both really like and don't like this. in one hand you look great as asuna, on the other hand it is a point where a strong character was reduced to a prisoner by a perv. Looks great btw

I completely agree with that actually.
I even made some comment on my tumblr while I was watching ALO that Asuna was such a strong female character in the first season of SAO, and then she is reduced to nothing more than a damsel in distress in the second part
