Description
Fading everything to black and blue
You look a lot like you
Shatter in the blink of an eye
You keep sailing right on through
-Counting Crows
-----------------------------------------------
Since the weather refuses to lighten up, I am forced to produce a sombre-toned photograph. I hate the winter, just look at that dark veil of cloud...
I know I recently did an umbrella piece, and I know umbrellas are ridiculously over-used in conceptual photography. There is a reason for that though; umbrellas are awesome. There should be a stamp in support of umbrellas... (someone make one!)
Anyway, this is my brother modeling for me once again, as I apparently have no friends.
Photoshop for levels, channel mixing, dodging/burning, noise reduction and cropping.

nice shot! i like it more if it's rotated 90 degree counter clockwise but that's just my own personal preference. it's still awesome as it is.

The picture was originally taken like that, on a trampoline. I just wanted to try and make it look like me was falling. Mary Poppins gone wrong.

i tried today
soo embarasing though, cause i wanted pictures of real india, and that requires people thinking i'm a weirdo, some of the people selling random bags and stuff said "no buy, no picture" which was quite disheartening.
when i get home i'll see if any of them are worthwhile

What I do is make my brother stand near that sort of scene and pretend I am taking a photo of him. That way they won't even stop what they are doing.

well, your mother is wrong. It is the best way to capture a moment of realism, I find.
