Info on this guy;
Tonight I was just messing with my chibi style and practising some chibis, and sketched about 4 up- just derping aeound as you do. This little guy was originally going to be dark blue on top and light blue on the bottom; the reason for this was because I thought that if this little dragon was able to fly in the morninf and at night it would be easier to hunt for food! But I couldnt get it to look right, sohe has a red back and light blue front; the blue part has white marks, which resemble clouds and allow him to blend in with the sky when flying.
