I made a base from the adopts I just made!thatonebirdnerd.deviantart.com… (Adopts here)
In the download, there are MSPaint options, blank base, and a base with eye and mouth options (use FireAlpaca to open them. I think that's the only program usable with the options, but FireAlpaca is 100% free, so it's nice to use!)

Yes, but I do have to tell you that the file is an MDP so you'd need FireAlpaca or MediBang Paint to open it, both of which are free.
