Divine JusticeIt had been five months since Sasuke had run off without saying a word to his family or his friends. Sasuke was now currently sitting by a river with his feet sticking in the water while he was thinking. He knew he should go back and talk to Itachi, but how could his own brother the one he trusted the most lie to him about something like that it made no sense to him. “Well Shin…this is what Lord Orochimaru wants…? This little brat?” A female voice came from behind. Sasuke jumped and immediately got on guard when he heard the familiar name being said. He turned around and saw Shin with three other people. One was a woman with long black hair the same color as Shin’s. She looked completely Goth matching make-up, clothes, everything. She also had glowing red eyes. The second was a man with spiky brown hair. He was wearing a black leather clad shirt, and blue jeans that wear covered in large holes. The third man was had short bright green hair that stood up all over the place. Sasuke stared at them for a second before looking at Shin whom he sent with a nasty glare. “Now, now…calm down Sasuke…why don’t you make this easy and just come with us?” “Fuck you!” The angry teenager spat. Shin sighed and then looked at the female of the group when she suddenly spoke. “Man he’s a stubborn one isn’t he?” Shin nodded. “Yes Naomi he is…very stubborn…” Shin answered her. “Guess we’re going to be difficult then?” The man with green hair asked. Shin nodded. “It appears that way Tashi.” Shin said with a chuckle as he took a step forward. Sasuke stood his ground. “I say we teach this teach this little brat a lesson.” The man with brown hair said with a grin now revealing pointed teeth that resembled a shark. “I’m in for that Sugaku.” Naomi said happily. “Enough! I’m tired of your bullshit!” Sasuke yelled. “Oooh…temper, temper…” Shin teased. “Shut up!” Sasuke yelled as chirping electricity formed in his hand. “Leave. Leave me alone and go away!” Sasuke shouted. “Someone’s cranky.” Tashi said with a laugh. Sasuke’s Sharingan activated and it was blazing red. “I SAID SHUT UUUUUUP!!!!!” Sasuke screamed and charged at Shin but before the Chidori touched Shin’s chest. Shin caught Sasuke’s wrist in a tight grasp and Nomi gave a crushing blow to the back of the head sending Sasuke into a void of blackness.
Later…
Shin carried the unconscious teenager to the base while his comrades followed him. The Sound Village was finely in view and they continued walking until they reached outside Orochimaru’s lair. They entered the building and walked down the hall until they found Kabuto and Orochimaru. Orochimaru smiled once he laid his eyes on Sasuke. He licked his lips and grinned. “Excellent work…” He said as he came closer to them so he could look at Sasuke. We’ll take it from here.” He said. Shin handed Sasuke to Orochimaru. He bowed and he and his squad left the building to go back to their hangout. Orochimaru looked at Sasuke again and licked his lips then he looked to Kabuto. “Kabuto.” He said softly. “Yes Lord Orochimaru?” Kabuto asked. “Take our guest…tie him up and make him feel at home.” Kabuto nodded and took Sasuke from Orochimaru then watched him leave. He then turned started walking down the hall until he came to a set of stairs that he followed down into a cold hallway with lots of holding cells. They were all empty but had blood stains all over the floor and walls. Kabuto walked over to one and pulled out a key he opened the door and set Sasuke on the ground. He removed his shirt and laid him on his stomach on the cold floor. He pulled his arms behind his back and tied his wrists together then his ankles. He smirked at the unconscious boy and pulled out a black strip of cloth and shoved it down the boy’s throat then pulled grabbed a roll of duck tape and taped his mouth shut so he couldn’t spit the black fabric out. Kabuto stood and looked at his work. “There.” He said and walked out of the room smirking to himself.
Meanwhile…
Itachi and Kakashi were sitting outside by a lake. Itachi sighed this was the same lake he and Sasuke used to hang out at. “Itachi…you can’t beat yourself up for this…you’ll find him trust me.” Kakashi said as he looked up from his book. Kisame suddenly jumped out of the forest holding a growling and cursing Hidan by the scruff. “I-Itachi!” Kisame said frantically. “Yes Kisame.” “I was just walking around town and I bumped into Sakura and she said she spotted Sasuke!” “W-What…?” Itachi stuttered. Sakura suddenly appeared out of the forest as well. “I-It’s true Itachi I saw Sasuke…he was with Shin and three other people…he was unconscious. Shin was carrying him to the direction of the Sound Village!” Sakura exclaimed. Kakashi and Itachi blinked. “Orochimaru…” Itachi growled.
Nine days later…
Sasuke woke up to the sound of a door opening. He looked and saw Orochimaru standing in the door grinning madly. Sasuke tried to move but now realized he was tied up. He glared at the serpent and tried to yell at him but it only came out as an ‘mmph’ sound. Orochimaru chuckled as he walked over to Sasuke and knelt down. “Oh, what ever should I do with that Kabuto…I never told him to gag you…I suppose he got a little too excited with his work…” Orochimaru said as if he were thinking. He then smirked and looked back up at Sasuke. “That is why I keep him here…he does such a good job does he not?” Sasuke let out a muffled hiss as Orochimaru touched him. Orochimaru chuckled again and suddenly ripped the tape from Sasuke’s mouth then pulled out the rag. “OW YOU FUCKER THAT HURT!!!” Sasuke screamed. Orochimaru’s large snake like tongue came out and licked Sasuke’s face and licked his eyes. Sasuke had to close his eyes so his eyes wouldn’t get poked by the gross serpent’s tongue when it licked across his eyes. Orochimaru chuckled and withdrew his tongue back into his mouth. Sasuke just glared at Orochimaru and the two sat there in silence for about five or six minutes until Orochimaru broke the silence. “I see Kakashi sealed that curse mark…” “Fuck you, you damn snake! Go to hell!” Sasuke snarled. “My, my…such language…” Orochimaru said running a finger along Sasuke’s jaw line. “Don’t fucking touch me!” Sasuke yelled. Orochimaru snickered and pulled out a kunai. Sasuke’s eyes widened. “Wait…what are you going to do?” “This is merely your punishment…” Orochimaru said with a hiss and slashed it across Sasuke’s bare chest.
Five minutes later…
Sasuke groaned in pain as Orochimaru finely stopped cutting his body. He watches as he left the room then came in a few minutes later with a box of salt. Sasuke’s eyes widened to the size of quarters. “NO PLEASE!!!” He screamed as he struggled to get free. “Just hold still my little Sasuke-kun…” Orochimaru chuckled as he tilted the box above the deep wound on his chest. Salt fell inside the wound and Sasuke screamed. “STOP! IT BURNS PLEASE STOP!!!” Sasuke begged but Orochimaru didn’t listen he continued to pour salt into the wounds and finely he was done and he left the screaming boy in the pitch black room slamming the door shut on the way out.
Meanwhile…
Kisame walked to Itachi room and knocked on the bedroom door. “Itachi?” he called he heard some rustling from inside the room and he frowned and was about to speak again before he finely got an answer. “Yes Kisame?” Itachi’s monotone voice asked. “Can I come in?” “Go ahead.” Kisame walked into the room and saw Itachi gathering some stuff. He had kunai scattered about and his katana was on the floor. “Itachi…? What are you doing?” “I’m going to go get my brother.” Itachi said softly. “No you’re not.” Kakashi said as he walked into the room. Itachi looked up at Kakashi with a glare. “We need to have a plan on how we’re going to get Sasuke back Itachi.” Kakashi continued. Itachi’s sharingan activated and he lifted Kakashi by the shirt. “I have a plan!” Kisame decided to speak before things got out of hand. “Itachi…Kakashi is right…we’ll need to be careful…please just wait…” Kisame said resting a hand on Itachi’s shoulder. Itachi glared at Kakashi and dropped him on the floor. “Fine.” He growled and walked over to his bed and laid down.
Meanwhile…
Sasuke moaned as he opened his eyes he looked around he was still in the dark room. He suddenly froze and looked at the door when he heard the deadbolt on the other side of the room being unlocked. Light spilled into the room as the door opened. Sasuke watched as four figures walked into the room. The dim lights were turned on but they were very dim. Sasuke glared he would’ve been out the door already if he weren’t shackled to the wall. He watched as the four people walked into the barely lighted room. Now Sasuke could tell it was Shin and his squad. They were all silent for a long time before Shin finely spoke. “Hello Sasuke…it’s been a while…” “Go away.” Sasuke not bothering to move from his spot where he was propped up against the wall. “Not a very friendly little boy is he Shin?” Naomi asked. “No…he’s just stubborn.” Shin replied. “I said leave me alone!” Sasuke yelled. “I’m afraid they can’t do that my little Sasuke-kun…” came the creepy voice of Orochimaru as he walked into the room. “See…I would like a Sharingan of my own…a more mastered Sharingan…your brother’s perhaps?” Orochimaru said licking Sasuke’s neck. “And I know you won’t help me willingly so I hired Shin to help me get you situated.” Orochimaru said with a chuckle. “GO AWAY ALL OF YOU!!! JUST LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!!” Sasuke screamed at the sanin and his henchmen. Orochimaru chuckled again and looked at Shin. “I’ll leave you to your work.” He said and walked out. Shin looked back at Sasuke and smirked he lifted a hand and the restraints that held Sasuke to the wall exploded. Sasuke looked at Shin confused then glared at him and stood up. He could feel his chakra coming back to his body since the chakra restraints were off. “Get the hell away from me before I rip your heart right out of your chest!” Sasuke growled. “Oooh feisty little thing aren’t you…” Naomi snickered as she approached. Sasuke crouched and grasped his wrist. “Stay back!” She continued to approach and electricity surrounded his hand. “Last warning!” He shouted. She continued to approach and he suddenly ran at her. Tashi did a few hand seals and smirked. “Spider Web Flower!” Suddenly Tashi spat out a bunch of cobwebs at Sasuke. Sasuke was thrown back at the force and when he hit the wall he was stuck there like an insect in a spider’s web he couldn’t move thanks to the sticky webs. Shin chuckled as Sasuke tried to struggle. Naomi stepped up to him and grinned. “He’s a cutie Shin…it’s a shame really…feisty…just my type…ah well…I guess I can always find someone else…” She said caressing Sasuke’s cheek. “I’d never date someone like you emo bitch!” Sasuke growled earning himself a sharp slap from Naomi. Sasuke grunted in pain but didn’t yell or scream. Naomi backed up and started to gather some chakra that resembled lightning into her hand. She smirked and placed her chakra filled hand on Sasuke’s bare chest. Sasuke watched with wide eyes while squirming a little. The chakra felt extremely hot on his skin. “Thunder Saber!!!” She yelled and suddenly she released the attack. Electricity exploded on his chest lighting the whole room. Sasuke screamed so loud he thought he was going to pass out. “Aww…poor baby…does he need a kiss?” Naomi asked with a chuckle as she brushed her lips against Sasuke’s. Sasuke tried to turn his head away but she grabbed onto it and forced him to look strait at her as she crushed her lips against his. Sasuke bit her tongue making her scream and jump off of him. “Don’t fucking touch me!” Sasuke yelled. “I think you talk too much.” Tashi said then spat another round of cobwebs which landed on Sasuke’s mouth making his mouth stay shut thanks to the sticky material. “Now what are you going to do little Uchiha?” Shin snickered. Sasuke hung his head. There was really nothing he could do but he wasn’t going to give in to Orochimaru. Sugaku smirked and pulled out a dagger with a jagged edge. Shin suddenly grabbed a tuft of Sasuke’s hair and forced him to look up completely exposing his neck. Sasuke let out a loud whine and some tears flowed from his eyes. Sugaku dragged the blade across his neck making a deep cut blood poured out of the wound. Sasuke let out a strangled cry even though it was muffled by the cobwebs sticking to his face. Shin smirked as he ran his fingers through Sasuke’s hair. Sasuke’s eyes were starting to droop his vision was getting cloud from blood loss. Shin pulled something out of his pocket and placed his fingers to just beneath Sasuke’s hairline. Sasuke suddenly jumped as he felt something. It felt like a hard pinch only more painful. He let out a choked moan as he felt Shin rub the area with two fingers. He suddenly felt dizzier than he had the cobwebs on his body and face disappeared in a puff of smoke. “There…that wasn’t so bad was it little Uchiha?” Sasuke didn’t answer his vision got blurry. “W-What did y-you d-d-do…?” Sasuke asked before everything went black.
A short walk later…
Orochimaru paced the room he knew that he was going to get what he wanted this time. Sasuke would help him get Itachi’s eyes and he wouldn’t even be aware of it. This was perfect. Orochimaru was snapped out of his thoughts when there was a knock on his bedroom door. He could’ve screamed in happiness he knew automatically who it was. “Shin must be done with his work…” He thought over whelmed with joy as he walked to the door. He smiled when he saw Shin holding a completely beaten and terrified Sasuke.
Two minutes later…
Orochimaru watched Shin leave then when he was gone he picked up the thirteen year old genin in his arms and carried him over to the wall which had some chains that were bolted into the wall. Sasuke stirred and started to wake when he felt the cold metal restraints being clamped around his slim wrists. Sasuke opened his eyes and saw Orochimaru. He was so close, Sasuke was terrified he didn’t want to be so close to the sanin. He watched with both fear and curiosity as Orochimaru shackled his hands high above his head but he left his feet free to move which Sasuke found odd. “Now…how about we play a game Sasuke-kun…?” Orochimaru hissed and brought his hands to Sasuke’s belt. Sasuke’s eyes widened and he started to struggle. “Shh…it’s alright Sasuke-kun…” Orochimaru cooed. Sasuke whimpered as the snake sanin pulled his pants down followed by his boxers. Kakashi sighed and looked up at the sky as lightning lit up the sky. While the light was in the sky Itachi looked past Kakashi and he frowned as he noticed a large blood trail that was smeared and washing away from the rain. He walked past Kakashi and Kakashi looked at him. “What is it?” He asked. Itachi started to follow the blood and he pointed it out to Kakashi. “Look.” Was all he said and continued walking. Itachi and Kakashi followed the trail until Itachi heard what sounded like soft sobbing. He looked behind some bushes and his mouth dropped open and he leapt out of the plants and kneeled next to the person. “Sasuke…?” Itachi asked. Sasuke jumped and slowly looked up at Itachi. Itachi’s heart sunk Sasuke’s face was covered in bruises. Black eye, bruised lips as well as one being split, cuts on the side of his head. He was completely naked and bruises and cuts were shown everywhere, and he was so thin you could actually see his ribs. His raven black hair was also matted with blood and Sasuke had a strange smell coming of him but Itachi knew the smell he wasn’t stupid. Itachi kneeled to grab hold of his brother and Sasuke ducked his head and buried his face in his arms. Itachi felt horrible. Kakashi finely spoke up. “Perhaps he might cooperate if I leave you two alone. I’ll go tell Kisame you found him and are bringing him back to your house. Itachi shook his head. “No I’m taking him to a hospital.” Itachi spoke. Kakashi looked back at Sasuke and nodded then disappeared in a puff of smoke. Itachi shushed Sasuke as he saw he was trying to speak. “No talking Sasuke…that cut looks pretty deep…we don’t want you messing up your vocal cords…” Itachi said softly. Itachi reached down to pick Sasuke up who had just realized he was completely exposed to Itachi. He tried covering himself with his legs as tears of fright ran down his face. However when Itachi reached for him Sasuke started shaking violently. “Shh…Sasuke it’s okay…I’m not going to hurt you…” Itachi said softly. This however had no effect on Sasuke’s shaking. “Come on now…let’s go get you healed up…come on…” Itachi said hoping to get a response from his brother. More tears flowed from Sasuke’s eyes and Itachi looked at his brother’s shivering form he took off his jacket and wrapped it around Sasuke’s waist so it’s cover his privates. Then picked him up and started towards the hospital.

Sakura was sitting on the balcony at her house she had her coat on and was just hanging over by the railing. She watched the rain fall from the sky. A tear ran down her face. She missed Sasuke so much she couldn’t believe he would leave like that. Suddenly she heard a crash and she looked down from the balcony and saw Naruto had ran into some garbage cans and tripped over. He got back up quickly and stopped bellow the balcony and looked up at her. “Sakura! Sakura!!” He shouted. Sakura raised an eyebrow. “What? What is it Naruto?” “I heard a rumor that Sasuke is back in town and Itachi’s taking him to the hospital!” He said climbing up the side of the building and onto the balcony so he was hanging over the edge on the railing he kept talking to her while hanging on. “I heard he was really beaten up…” Naruto said softly. Sakura’s eyes went wide from shock. “Y-You mean he’s back…?” “From what I head yeah!” Naruto exclaimed. “W-We have to go see if he’s okay!” Sakura exclaimed but Kakashi appeared in front of the both of them. “Hold it right there you two.” Kakashi said firmly. “Kakashi sensei! Please can I go see Sasuke!?” Sakura begged. Kakashi sighed and shook his head. “I’m afraid he’s not in his right state of mind at the moment.” He said softly. Suddenly Jiraiya appeared next to Kakashi. “Pervy Sage!” Naruto exclaimed. “Where have you been? I haven’t seen you in a few days.” “I went to go find someone. I had a feeling Sasuke would show up injured not long after the Sound Village captured him. I found someone who might be able to help Sasuke…” He paused and looked at Kakashi. “…or at least a little bit…” “I don’t know Jiraiya…he’s having major mental breakdown episodes…” Kakashi said worried. “It’s that bad?” Jiraiya asked?” Kakashi nodded. “He doesn’t want anyone to touch him. I think me and Itachi both know what caused all this…” He added looking at Sakura and Naruto. “Can you tell us Kakashi-sensei…please…?” Sakura asked. “I’d rather not Sakura.” Kakashi said softly.
Meanwhile…
Itachi hurried into the hospital and looked around for a doctor. Sasuke clung to Itachi he had his arms wrapped around his body going all the way around his chest and he was squeezing tightly. Itachi knew Sasuke was scared of hospitals to be honest h e always had been. But now with so many people here while Sasuke was in the state he was in, it made Itachi nervous. He finely found a doctor and he ran up to him still cradling Sasuke. “Excuse me.” He said firmly. The doctor turned his attention to Sasuke and Itachi and his eyes widened. “Oh dear god! What happened to him?” He asked as he started to check on Sasuke. “I don’t know to be honest please just help him.” Itachi said. The doctor showed Itachi to a room and he told Sasuke to sit on the examination table. Itachi walked over and tried to set Sasuke down but Sasuke held onto him with a death grip. “Hey…its okay otouto…I’m going to be right here…no one is going to hurt you I promise…” Itachi said softly. Sasuke burst into tears. “I wanna go home!” He rasped out it was hardly understandable since the cut on his throat was messing up his speaking. “We’ll go home soon I promise. I just want to make sure you’re okay. Now please let go. Itachi looked at the doctor and motioned that he had to tell him something and he had to whisper it into his ear. The doctor leaned in. “He was raped.” Itachi whispered lowly so Sasuke didn’t hear. “That explains it.” The doctor said softly. “Sasuke if you want him to step out so you can get some blankets your body he can.” Itachi said looking at the doctor. Sasuke looked at the doctor and then at Itachi. He paused for a moment but finely stopped. “Okay…” Sasuke said softly. The doctor then walked out to go get some blankets leaving the two Uchiha in the room. Suddenly the door opened and Kisame ran into the room dragging Hidan in with him. “You found him!” He exclaimed. Itachi nodded. Hidan looked at Sasuke and stared for a second. “Man he’s really fucking beat up.” Itachi nodded.
Meanwhile…
Kakashi and the two genin walked to the door of Sasuke’s hospital room. Kakashi opened the door and saw Itachi trying to get a panicking Sasuke under control. He was trying desperately to get away from the doctor so the doctor wouldn’t touch him. He watched as Sasuke swung a fist at his older brother to get him to let go of his ankle which Itachi had a firm grip on trying to keep him from getting away. Itachi caught his wrist and Sasuke started crying. “Please let me go…I don’t want to be here…I just want to be alone…please…” Sasuke cried. “Sasuke we aren’t going to hurt you calm down.” Itachi said firmly. Kisame and Hidan were standing by the wall giving the two Uchiha some space. Sasuke suddenly kicked Itachi in the face and Itachi finely forcefully held Sasuke down to the bed. Itachi’s nose had blood trickling out of it. Kakashi then stepped out and looked at his two eager students. “Sorry I don’t think it’s safe to go in the room Sakura. I’m sorry.” Jiraiya suddenly appeared next to Kakashi he had a blond woman with him. “Everyone this is Lady Tsunade. She’s going to help Sasuke.” He said. Kakashi looked at him. “She’s another one of the legendary sanin isn’t she.” “Yes I am.” Tsunade spoke. “I’ll go in.” Tsunade said and walked into the room. Tsunade looked at the doctor who was trying to inject Sasuke with a sedative while Itachi was trying to hold him still. “Please! Please don’t do this! Please I don’t want to!” Sasuke said between sobs. “Calm down Sasuke!” Itachi exclaimed pinning Sasuke to his chest. “Please don’t hurt me! I don’t want this!” Sasuke yelled. Finely the doctor pierced the needle into Sasuke’s arm and Sasuke started to go still he was feeling sleepy. Sasuke just sat there his breathing was steady he was awake but just very weak and tired. He just sat there watching the doctor and Itachi. Itachi laid Sasuke back down on the bed and stroked his hair gently. Tsunade cleared her throat to get their attention. Itachi and the man looked at her and Tsunade smiled. She looked at the doctor. “I can take it from here.” The doctor nodded once he realized who she was. Tsunade walked up to Itachi and held out her hand. “Itachi Uchiha I presume?” Itachi didn’t move just stood there. “Yes what do you want?” “I’m one of the legendary sanin I’m very skilled with healing potions and elixirs. Jiraiya went and got me to come here and help Sasuke. May I?” Tsunade asked. Itachi still didn’t say anything but he nodded. Tsunade looked at some of the cuts and inspected them. Sasuke let out a small whine upon her being so close. Sasuke watched helplessly as she stitched up the deeper cuts some tears streamed from his eyes. Tsunade then placed a hand on Sasuke’s chest and her hand glowed a bright green as she started to heal him. Finely when she was done she looked at Itachi. “Alright there we go. I took care of the major stuff but he will be sore for a couple of days.” She said with a sad look. “When can I take him home?” Itachi asked. “Any time you’d like Mr. Uchiha.” She replied. He nodded and looked at Sasuke he walked over and picked him up. “Come on Sasuke let’s take you home and get you cleaned up.” He said softly.
Meanwhile…
Kakashi, Jiraiya, Tsunade and the two young ninjas watched as Itachi supported Sasuke out of the room. Sasuke was shaking again only more violently than before. Tears started to flow down his face again at the thought of what could happen if Itachi left and Orochimaru found him. This shocked Naruto and Sakura the most. They never EVER had seen Sasuke this scared. This was even worse than when he had the senbon in his eyes. Right now Sasuke seemed completely broken. Sakura couldn’t stand it she started to move to go to Sasuke but Kakashi grabbed her shoulder. She looked at him with teary eyes and he sighed and shook his head. “Not right now.” He said softly. Sakura turned to Kakashi and hugged him tightly. Kakashi sighed and patted her back. Naruto just watched Sasuke he watched the tears that were rolling down his friends face then looked away.
Later…
Itachi helped Sasuke into the house and up to their room. Itachi had told Hidan and Kisame to stay away from Sasuke until he was ready to be around more than one person, so Kisame and Hidan rented an apartment and were currently staying there. “Itachi…” Sasuke moaned. “Yes Sasuke?” Itachi asked helping Sasuke walk up the stairs and into the bathroom. “I-It hurts…” Sasuke managed to get out with a sob as a single tear rolled down his cheek. Itachi shushed him. “I’m sure it does Sasuke…but it’ll go away I promise…it’ll take time to heal though…” Itachi said softly as he helped Sasuke with his shirt. “I-I’m …tired…” Sasuke whispered. “I can understand that.” Itachi replied. He took Sasuke pants off and was about to stand up to undress himself so he could help Sasuke take a bath since he could hardly move when he heard Sasuke’s breathing. He listened for a while before sighing to himself he stroked Sasuke’s hair for a little while. Itachi suddenly felt something on Sasuke’s neck where his hairline started. He frowned and moved some of Sasuke’s hair and saw a small black device stuck on his neck. It had a small green light flashing. Itachi bared his teeth and yanked it out of Sasuke’s neck and looked at it then crushed it in the palm of his hand. He’d tell Kakashi about this after he and Sasuke relaxed for a little bit. He looked back down at Sasuke and rested his chin on top of Sasuke’s black spiky hair. He grabbed a towel and covered Sasuke’s body with it while he held Sasuke close to his chest. He then closed his eyes to join Sasuke in taking a nap.
Meanwhile a few hours later…

If Itachi were to be sitting down in it the water would go all the way up to his shoulders it was very deep. Itachi slowly picked up Sasuke and stepped into the water. He sat down so Sasuke was sitting on his lap. Itachi grabbed a wash rag and started to help Sasuke wash up. Itachi looked over the bruises he felt terrible it was mostly his fault Sasuke was in this condition. He should’ve told Sasuke the truth a long time ago. There was silence for a long time before Sasuke spoke. “Itachi…why did father hate me?” Sasuke choked out. Itachi raised an eyebrow. ‘Why would he be bringing this up…?’ “Sasuke…father…was…how should I put it…well…he just wasn’t a nice man…but we both already know that. Itachi said softly. “I-Itachi…d-do you hate me…?” Sasuke whispered as the tears streamed down his face. Itachi stopped washing Sasuke’s hair for a moment and looked at Sasuke both shocked and confused. ‘Why would he think that…?’ Itachi thought. Itachi went back to scrubbing the shampoo through Sasuke’s hair. “No Sasuke I don’t hate you. I could never hate you. I love you. You’re my younger brother and I would never hate you.” Itachi said picking his words out carefully. There was another moment of silence before Sasuke spoke again. “D-Do you think I’m dirty?” He asked between sobs. “No Sasuke...I don’t…because you aren’t…you couldn’t do anything to stop them…but I promise that won’t happen again. Itachi said rinsing out the conditioner.
Three weeks later…
Sakura was standing on the balcony again for some reason standing there helped her think about things. Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted when someone tapped her on the shoulder. She gasped and turned around she saw Naruto. “Ugh! Naruto! Don’t scare me like that! Wait…Naruto what’s wrong?” Sakura asked seeing Naruto who looked horrible his hair was all messy and he looked totally depressed. “I-I’m worried about Sasuke…” He said softly sitting down on the bench near the railing. Sakura looked at him for a second. “Oh…” She said sitting down next to him they were silent for a short while. “I’m worried about him too…” She said. “Wanna take a walk and talk about it?” Sakura asked hoping to cheer Naruto up. Naruto slowly nodded and stood he jumped off the railing and landed on his feet while Sakura slowly climbed down.
Meanwhile…
Naomi smirked. Sasuke had fallen asleep a while ago and Itachi had gone out to go tell Kakashi something then to stop by and see Kisame and Hidan. He had left all the windows and doors locked so no one could get in. But she could get in easily. She walked around the house and outside the kitchen window. They both stared at the door then Kisame finely got off Hidan and walked to it. Hidan grumbled and rubbed his neck. Kisame opened the door and was surprised when he saw Itachi standing there in the hall. “I-Itachi? What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be with Sasuke?” Kisame asked he was quite shocked. Surely Sasuke didn’t feel better already. “I have Kakashi looking after him.” Itachi replied. “Oh…so he trusts someone else besides you already? That’s goo….” Kisame stopped when Itachi shook his head. “No Kisame. Sasuke is asleep I have Kakashi watching him.” “Oh well…what do you want…?” Kisame asked. “I need your help Kisame.” “With what?” “With Orochimaru and his henchmen.” Kisame smiled. “You know I’d help you anytime.” Kisame said with a smile and resting a hand on Itachi’s shoulder. Itachi nodded and Itachi continued. “…he’ll be coming soon you and I both know that…” Kisame nodded. “I’ll help you and so will… HIDAN!!! GET OFF THE COUCH!!!!! Kisame shrieked. Itachi looked around looking at all Hidan’s blood from his ‘rituals’ ‘No wonder Kisame doesn’t want to pay for this…’ Itachi thought to himself. “Place doesn’t look that bad…for an apartment…” Itachi said. “Yeah and the bathroom is fucking huge!” Hidan shouted. Kisame glares at him. “Yeah…and that fucking huge bathroom is where you are going! NOW GO!!! Kisame yelled the last two words . “Fine, fine I’m going dumbass.” Hidan growled. Itachi sat down on the couch. “I’m sorry you guys can’t stay in the house for the moment…” Itachi said though his voice didn’t change. Kisame shrugged. “It’s no problem.” So…hows have you been Itachi…I haven’t seen you in a while…”
Meanwhile…
Kakashi walked across the lawn outside Kisame’s house and up to the door. He pulled out his lock pick. Itachi had said he had locked the door but to Kakashi’s surprise when he pressed the lock pick into the door the door opened from the slight force of the touch. Kakashi’s eyes widened and a horrible feeling rose in the pit of his stomach. Itachi wouldn’t lie to him about locking the door, and surely Sasuke would keep all the doors and windows locked in fear of anyone coming in. He slowly took a step into the house and looked around everything appeared to be in place and undisturbed. He continued to walk through the house but when he came to the kitchen that was a different story as his eyes widened in utter horror. There was blood all over the place. There were giant pools of blood on the tile floor and there were huge blood spatter marks on the walls and a couple on the ceiling. His eyes rested on a pair of black shorts and a white tank top both were covered in blood and discarded on the floor. The clothes looked to fit a young adult. Kakashi was frozen in shock for a second before he saw a trail of bloody shoe prints. He followed the trail to the door of Itachi’s room. He put his ear to the door and he heard a small sob. He reached a hand out and started to turn the knob.
(Inside Itachi’s room)…
Sasuke slowly opened his eyes he was sore all over he suddenly froze when he heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Sasuke’s eyes widened in horror as the man came closer. Tears started to leak from his eyes. Kakashi saw there was someone in the bed and he quickened his pace. Once he reached the bed he felt like his heart had dropped to the pit of his stomach. “Sasuke…” Kakashi said pitifully as he looked down at Sasuke’s face. Two begging tear filled eyes stared up at him. He then looked back at his phone and dialed Itachi’s number.

“So yeah…it’s been a little hard these past few weeks...” Itachi said. Kisame nodded and was about to speak when Itachi’s phone rang. Itachi reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. He checked the caller ID and frowned then he flipped the phone open and put it to his ear.
“Hello?” Itachi asked.
“Itachi…you might want to come back here…” Came Kakashi’s nervous voice.
“What? Is he okay?” Itachi asked when he heard Sasuke sobbing in the background.
“Umm…not exactly…well I don’t know…when I got here I walked through the kitchen and…” Kakashi started to explain but Itachi stopped him.
“Not right now explain it to my later when we’re alone. Tell Sasuke I’m on my way alright?” Itachi asked.
“Alright.” Kakashi replied.
Itachi listened to Sasuke in the background and he felt horrible as he listened to Sasuke’s screams of terror and telling Kakashi to ‘Go away’ and ‘Not to touch him’. Kisame could see his friend’s nervous ness and patted his back. Both Kisame and Itachi nearly jumped when they suddenly heard Kakashi shout. “Kakashi. What happened?” Itachi asked. Itachi asked. “Your brother just kicked me…ugh…in the…ooh…” Kakashi didn’t even need to finish his sentence. Itachi’s eyes widened in surprise when he heard his brother yell out ‘Itachi’ so loud that Itachi had to move the phone away from his ear. Itachi put on his leather jacket he had worn on the way there. He said goodbye to Kisame and walked out the door. “Kakashi. Put your phone on speaker.” Itachi said. “Okay.” He hard Kakashi reply. He heard a beep and things got a little louder on the other end of the line.
Meanwhile…
Kakashi laid the phone on the bed next to Sasuke and Sasuke looked at it for a second. “Sasuke?” He suddenly heard from the phone. Sasuke’s eyes widened and he stared at the phone. “I-Itachi?” He asked weakly. “Hey I’m coming home…I’m already out of the apartment building…you okay…?” Sasuke let out a choked sob before answering. “No it hurts…” “I’m sure it does Sasuke…but I’ll be home shortly…I promise…I’m going to go now so I can get home faster…okay?” Sasuke’s eyes widened in horror and tears rolled down his face. “No!” He exclaimed and Kakashi looked at him. “Please stay…” Sasuke whimpered. There was a pause over the line before Sasuke got a reply. “Alright…I’ll stay…”
Six minutes later…
Itachi hurried into the house and made his way upstairs. He entered his room and looked to the left side of the room and saw Kakashi reading his book while watching Sasuke. He looked to the right and saw Sasuke staring at him. Itachi put his phone away. Itachi looked at Kakashi. “You can leave now Kakashi.” He said softly. Kakashi nodded and walked out. Itachi walked over to the corner Sasuke was curled up in clutching the blanket. Itachi sat down next to him and sighed he wrapped his arms around Sasuke’s shaking form. “Shh…” Itachi shushed stroking his brother’s hair. “I want it to go away…please…make it stop…” Sasuke pleaded. “I’m sorry Sasuke…I can’t make it go away…but I promise I’ll stay with you…” Itachi said softly and Sasuke nodded slowly. “It’ll be okay Sasuke…” “Please don’t leave me again…” Sasuke begged. “Shush…I won’t otouto…I promise.” Itachi said and picked Sasuke up and carried him into the bathroom and started to put water into the bathtub. “T-They’re going to come back…a-aren’t they…” Itachi sighed. “Yes otouto they are.” Sasuke burst into tears and Itachi hugged him tightly. “But we’ll be ready for them this time…they won’t hurt you again…” Itachi helped Sasuke into the bathtub and he wanted to throw up once he saw all the whip marks on Sasuke’s back. Once Sasuke was done Itachi moved closer. “Alright let’s tackle that hair.” Itachi said and put a hand on Sasuke’s back. “Can you lean back for me?” Itachi said picking up the shampoo bottle that he and Sasuke shared. Hidan and Kisame both used different products than they did. He squirted some of the shampoo into his hand and rubbed them together. Then he scrubbed it into Sasuke’s hair until it was a thick lather then he leaned Sasuke backwards but stopped before putting Sasuke’s head into the water. “You ready?” Itachi asked. Sasuke nodded and Itachi quickly pulled Sasuke’s head underwater then pulled it back up rinsing all the soap out. He then repeated with the conditioner. Then he grabbed a towel and wrapped it around Sasuke’s waist after Sasuke got out of the tub. Itachi went to go get some clothes and came back a few minutes later with a black tank top with the Uchiha crest on the back of it and a pair of dark blue boxers and a pair of black shorts. He handed them to Sasuke who slipped them on. Itachi and Sasuke walked into the bedroom and Sasuke sat by the wall and looked out the window. Itachi watched Sasuke with a sad look on his face as he saw a tear run down his face.
Four months later…
Sasuke was hanging out at the park. He was sitting on the swings just thinking. He suddenly heard Naruto’s loud voice. “Hey! Sasuke!” He called. Sasuke looked to his left and saw Sakura and Naruto walking over to him. Sasuke raised an eyebrow. “What is it?” He asked. “Nothing just wondering if you wanted to hang out?” Naruto asked. Sasuke looked away from them. “No thanks.” “Oh come on Sasuke.” Naruto insisted. Sasuke managed to ignore him for a good five minutes before finely giving in. “Fine whatever…” Sasuke said hopping standing up and walking away from the swings. The three were about to walk out of the park when a voice stopped them. “Hm…where do you think you’re going?” Sasuke froze on spot and turned around and Naruto and Sakura followed. They looked and saw Shin, Naomi, Tashi, and Sugaku. “Now…Sasuke why don’t you come with us…” “Like hell I will!!!” Sasuke yelled and white electricity surrounded his hand. Sakura pulled out a kunai and Naruto charged up an attack as well. Shin chuckled. “It’s no use Sasuke…you might as well just come with us…” He said with a grin. Tashi did a seal and used the attack he had been lately. “Spider Web Flower!!!” he shouted. Two large cobwebs shot out of his mouth and they hit Naruto and Sakura pinning each of them to a tree. Sasuke backed up a little bit. “I’m warning you! Come any closer and I’ll kill you!” Shin looked at Sugaku who nodded telling him to go get him. Sasuke ran at Sugaku and Sugaku got ready to attack. “CHIDORI!!!” He yelled and thrust his hand out at Sugaku’s chest. Sugaku howled in pain when he was hit with the attack. “Fire style: Fireball jutsu!” Shin shouted and exhaled a huge fireball from his mouth. Sasuke was thrown back from the force and it burnt his chest. He landed against a large rock and he backed up as Shin towered over him. Shin drew the katana he had on his back then stabbed it into Sasuke’s stomach. Sasuke choked out a scream and his body tensed from the pain. Naruto broke free and charged up another attack. He charged at shin with blue sphere of chakra covering his hand. He thrust his hand out and hit Shin in the chest. “Rasengan!!!” He yelled. Shin grit his teeth and was sent flying backwards. Naomi appeared behind Naruto and knocked the blond out with a single blow. “Naruto!” Sakura yelled and struggled to get free herself. Shin got back up and walked over to Sasuke who was lying on the ground choking up blood. He was trying to save himself from pain by not moving an inch. Shin towered over Sasuke with an evil grin as Sasuke looked up at him with begging eyes. Shin was about to lay the final blow when his arm was suddenly grabbed. He looked to the right and saw Kisame holding his wrist. “Leave him alone.” Kisame snarled. This made Shin smirk. “What are you going to do if I don’t?” He snickered. Tashi was suddenly in front of Kisame and gave a crushing blow to Kisame’s stomach making the blue skinned man double over and let go of Shin’s wrist. “Time to say goodnight Sasuke.” Shin chuckled and suddenly yanked the blade from Sasuke’s stomach making the boy choke on some more blood. “Lightning Blade!!!” Shin screamed as a hand plunged strait through Shin’s chest making blood fly everywhere. Everyone stopped when they saw Kakashi with his hand in Shin’s chest Kakashi then ripped his hand out and walked over to Kisame and helped him up. Shin coughed up some blood and raised a kunai and threw it at Kakashi when Itachi appeared in the way of the kunai and formed some hand seals then put his hands to his lips. “Fire style: Fire Dragon Flame Missile!!!!!” He shouted sending scorching hot flames from his mouth. The kunai melted into nothingness and it burned Shin to ash instantly killing him. Itachi got up and turned around he looked at Sasuke and started over to him. Naruto got up and hurried over to Sakura and ripped the cobwebs off of her. “Thanks Naruto.” She said and got ready for another fight from the remaining ninjas. Naomi looked to where Shin had once stood and she screamed. “NO!!!! SHIN!!!” She cried. She then glared at them and chakra formed in her hand in an electricity like style. She appeared behind Itachi and put her hand on his back. “Thunder Saber!!!” She yelled and a huge blast of electricity was released onto Itachi’s body. Itachi eyes widened in shock and he grit his teeth in pain. Naomi smiled and looked at Sugaku who smirked. “Fire style: Phoenix Flower jutsu!” He shouted and exhaled multiple fireballs from his mouth. Three of them hit Itachi one of them hit Kakashi while two missed and five barely missed Kisame. Itachi kneeled for a second trying to sustain the pain. Sakura ran over to Sasuke and looked at the blade embedded in his abdomen. She was about to pull it when Kakashi’s voice stopped her. “Sakura! Don’t pull it out we have to wait!” He shouted while dodging a punch from Naomi. Naruto smirked as he looked at Naomi. “Shadow Clone jutsu!” Naruto and all his shadow clones ran at her going to go and beat the shit out of her but apparently Naomi was smarter than she looked. She jumped high into the air only to be grabbed and then slammed back down. She looked and saw Hidan standing ther wearing his lady killer smile. Kisame stood back up and looked at Sugaku.
Five minutes later…
It didn’t take long for them to take out the rest of Shin’s team after that. When the fight was done Itachi walked over to Sasuke who barely had his eyes open. “I-Itachi…” He coughed out. “Don’t talk.” Itachi said firmly. Kakashi kneeled and grasped the handle of the katana then with one hard jerk he pulled it out making Sasuke throw up another mouthful of blood more like enough to fill a bucket then finely when he was done he rested his head back on the ground. Itachi quickly took his shirt off and put pressure on the wound with it. Suddenly a blast came from behind Itachi and it burned strait through Itachi’s chest just barely missing his heart. Itachi’s eyes widened in shock. No nose came from him just a small choked scream. Blood started gushing out of his chest and his eyes rolled into the back of his head. He collapsed on top of Sasuke and Sasuke’s eyes started to close as well. “Nii-san…” They all looked behind Itachi and saw Naomi. Kisame sat in the room looking out the window. He took a quick glance at the two Uchiha brothers lying in the two beds in the hospital room. He sighed and continued to look outside. He suddenly looked back at the bed that Itachi was lying in when he heard it creak indicating Itachi had sat up and was awake. He looked at Itachi and Itachi looked back at him. “Hey Itachi.” Kisame said softly. Itachi nodded then looked to his left. His eyes widened at what he saw. Sasuke was lying in the bed he had along tube protruding down his throat, he had bandages covering his torso where he had been stabbed there was a large bloodstain in the middle of them where the blood had soaked in, he had patches with wires attached to them that were hooked into machines that were monitoring his body and he had an IV in his left arm. Needless to say the poor boy looked horrible. “Is he okay?” Itachi asked. “From what the doctors said he’ll be fine in about a month.” Itachi nodded. “You’re both lucky. They also said that that attack barely missed one of your lungs. And if that katana had been any more embedded in Sasuke’s stomach he would’ve died. Itachi got out of bed and walked over to Sasuke’s bed. He gently touched Sasuke’s face and was surprised to see Sasuke’s eyes open one fourth of the way. “Hey…” Itachi said caressing Sasuke’s cheek softly. Sasuke closed his eyes at Itachi’s touch a single tear ran down his face as he let out a choked moan. Kisame felt bad for him he knew the poor kid had to be miserable. “It’s okay Sasuke…you’ll be out of here soon…” Itachi said softly and leaned down to kiss Sasuke on top of the head. Naruto and Sakura walked in followed by Hidan. Hidan instantly averted his attention to the chair next to where Kisame was standing and he walked over to it and set his scythe on the ground and sat down. He then shut his eyes to try and get some sleep. Sakura looked at Sasuke and her eyes widened and she ran to his bedside. “Oh Sasuke!! Are you alright? Do you want something? Itachi is he okay? Is he going to die?” Sakura asked so fast they could hardly understand her questions she was suddenly shooting off. Itachi raised his hands. “Yes he’ll be okay and no he is not going to die.” Sakura let out a sigh of relief and Naruto walked over to the bed and smiled. “Hey Sasuke!” He said in his normal loud voice. Kakashi suddenly appeared with his book in hand. He rubbed the back of his neck nervously. “Sorry I’m late…I um…saw an old lady drowning in a lake…and I…” Sakura and Naruto both glared. “LIAR!!!” They both shouted pointing at him.
Four weeks later…
Sasuke and Itachi were sitting on the couch at home. “You know…” Itachi started. “I don’t think Orochimaru will come for a while…since we killed his strongest…I think he’s done for a while anyway.” He said smiling. “He better be.” Sasuke said with a chuckle and poked Itachi on the forehead like he always had to him. “Hey…” Itachi said with annoyance. Sasuke chuckled. “You’re the best Itachi!” Sasuke said and ran out of the room. Itachi smirked. “Get back here foolish little brother!” He shouted and ran after him.

Listen i know a lot of anime fans like shotacon, and yaoi, but that was too much when he got violated especially since Sasuke is a little young.
Well i think it must've took A LOT of time to do this!
Maybe next time keep Sasukes Virtue, and have abit more adventure.... like sasuke and friends on an adventure to save the world.

In your defence it is under mature so it's ok, but i was diaspointed i didn't exspect this series to be a yaoi series.

Pros:
I didn't read it all, (Cause of the yaoi) but the grammer was good
Nice and long shows you put a lot of effort in!
Cons:
Yaoi/shotacon, not really your problem i hated it because i'm not gay, and i though Sasuke is young. (He is 13 right?)
