Dante hurried down the stairs and kneeled down by Nero who got up on wobbly legs. “Easy kid…” Dante said softly. “Get away from me…” Nero rasped. “Kid I didn’t do this to you!” Dante exclaimed. “I got you out of that place now let me help you!” Nero then remembered that he had been in a lab with that other man. “But…why…?” Nero asked confused. “Why what?” Dante asked raising an eyebrow. “Why did you help me?” Nero asked. “Because I couldn’t just leave your ass there he was going to experiment on your arm there to find out more about it. Besides you and me have a lot in common and also it’d be a shame to let such a young person die soo cruelly.” Dante said helping Nero to his feet and supporting him over to the couch then going to go get some stuff to clean the kid’s injury on his arm. Nero watched and hissed in pain when the alcohol covered cloth touched the large cut. “Its okay…relax…” Dante soothed as the kid tried to pull his arm away. Nero watched his cuts heal thanks to his healing factor he got from his demonic side.

Agnus had found out some very interesting information on the cells that were within the boy’s arm. He found certain chemicals will completely nullify his strength for a limited amount of time. He dripped some of the chemicals on the cells with an eye dropper. The glowing blue cells turned dull and grey as their power was turned off. Agnus suddenly got another idea. He smiled at his own evil thought.

Dante was sitting at his desk while Nero was lying on the couch. Nero was thinking hard then he looked at Dante before speaking. “Thank you.” Dante looked up from his magazine. “For what?” He asked cocking an eyebrow. “For helping me…” Nero said softly. “Ah no problem…like I said earlier couldn’t afford to have your ass experimented on.” Dante said with a smirk. Nero and Dante looked at the door when there was a knock at the door. Dante went to answer it and as soon as he did he got a punch to the face sending him flying and multiple demons walked in. “Oh no you don’t we’re not fighting in here! Last time there was a fight in here the whole place came down!!!” Dante exclaimed and shoved them outside and he followed them. Nero followed as well drawing Blue Rose from its holster. Dante drew Rebellion and ran at one of the demons and Nero fired multiple shots. Nero grabbed one of the demons and slammed its head into the ground then he started beating him with his Devil Bringer arm. Dante watched somewhat impressed with the kid’s strength. Dante stabbed Rebellion into a demon and swung him around sending two other demons flying. Dante smiled at his success. Nero however was faltering a little bit. He started to suffocate a demon when something flew into his arm and he collapsed. He wasn’t tired though but he couldn’t move. Nero laid there his arm twitching. Dante punched the demon that was about to dispatch the kid’s head from his neck off and kneeled. “Hey kid what happened?” He asked. “I don’t know…I can’t move…”
