The air was warm and dry the morning Breakout woke up. She was in a bit of a daze when she stretched her body and looked around her. She blinked a few more times before she screamed out in surprise. Where in the world was she?? The loud screaming made her head ache but that wasn't the reason it just reminded her of it. She tried to calm herself and firgure out what happened the day before. With her eyes closed she forced herself to remember. Vague scenes came into her head she needed to puzzle out what they meant by herself. She remembered being bought by a new stable and that they had to ship her over by sea. She had no idea where they were going but she did know she was afraid, actually she had been terrified. She opened her eyes again remembering the fear she had known. Nothing new came to her so she tought it'd be a good idea to check out this place she found herself in. Walking slowy she explored this new world. There were no fences anywhere to be seen, she got the feeling she wasn't near the new stables. But she had to admit she liked the idea of no fences, she never really liked being in the stables anyway. A new piece of her memory came back to her when her head started aching again. After she got off the ship at night she had been angry and still frightened, she bolted as soon as they loosened their grip on her halter. They had tried to get her back but in her panic she had dashed through bushes, jumped over fallen trees and got herself deep hidden in the forest. She wasn't in a forest anymore she noticed when she looked around. The sun was rising and the river she walked next to her lit up in the colours of the sky. It started to get through to her that the humans had appearantly given up on finding her. She was free. A smile spread on her face thinking about it. Her smile quickly turned into a muffled squeel of joy. She bucked out and started trotting about cheerfully. After a while of happyness some fear started creeping in her mind. How the hell did you live in the wild? What was she supposed to eat? Were there any predators in this place? Her trot slowed down to a walk and her mood changed entirely. When she raised her head she saw a horse in the distance. Her ears perked forward seeing something familiar. She walked up to him quickly and she could examine him more closely. He didn't look too old and he wasn't very tall either. If some fragile little horse like him could survive out here it can't be that hard, she thought to herself. He still hadn't noticed her presence and his head hang low to the ground. Now would probably be a good time to introduce myself she thought. "Erhm hello there!", She said in a loud cheerful voice. The grullo spotted stallion flinched immediatly at the sound of her voice and looked up at her with shock in his eyes. Breakout was surprised by his reaction she didn't think wild horses were so skittish. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you. I just need a little help.", She said in a softer voice now. The stallion eyed her suspiciously but didn't say anything back. The confused mare raised her eyebrow and took a step closer to him. He stumbled backwards in a reaction to her movement. "I'm not going to hurt you. Please don't be afraid of me. I'm Breakout, who are you?", her voice was tender and soft. "Ehh I'm Nike", He said with a shaky voice. Breakout smiled warmly and was happy to hear such a gentle voice out of him. He could help her survive in the wild without a doubt.

But anywho this is hopefully my new mare Breakout I'm hoping to get her from =jaks-eco

So the story pretty much explains everything about this drawing. Nike is such a scaredy cat, ain't he? Luckily Breakout is a nice and gentle mare so he doesn't have to be afraid of her. He will help her out in the wild and they'll become very good friends Nike deserves some happyness ^^
