Chandelle status: Wanted for disruptive behaviour and illegal consumptions
History: Rusko and his cousin Cole have always been thick as thieves. The older they got the more literal that saying became. Together they experemented with drugs and alcohol and quickly uptained their status as the herd's stoners. It wasn't untill they started to push the herd's laws too much that the bounty hunters had enough of them and put them on the wanted list. Rusko and Cole left before they could get arested though and now roam the lands without a care in the world.
Personality: Upbeat, sneaky, likes to joke, very chill.
Notes: He's the older and bigger one of the two.

Hehe yeah it's better to refuse, I've been a party smoker for a year around 2 years ago now but even now when I get very drunk I mostly end up smoking one cigarette.. Oh well I really don't get drunk that much (tipsy yes but not excessively drunk all the time lol) so it's not that bad c:
