Tried a different style this time. Originally meant to have more visible brushstrokes, but I guess I softened it up a bit too much. All done in one layer and with one brush (a pen) to get that "actual paint" look...I guess.It is meant to resemble those moments when eye contact with strangers seems like a bit more thank just that.
I am super biased for staring at this a while, so any feedback is OK!

También veo que aunque si cambiaste bastante el overall estilo en el brush stroke como dices. De todas formas se parece en estilo a tus otros trabajos bastante todavía.
