de smudge tool es la herramienta del dedo en photoshop esta junto con la herramienta para hacer borrosa una imagen ahh y bueno ademas de esa herramienta uno tiene que ocupar otra que es quemar un poco la zona donde supuestamente estaba la cabeza para hacer un poco de sombra.
