oh yeah. ive been trying to figure it out... how do you get the outline of the color to look darker... like sharp

this image is blown up really big as I line and color. I do this with the pencil tool and just select the color after I fill with the paint bucket. After I draw a line to where I want the shadows and fill those areas with the paint bucket too. Then I color the lines and then shrink the picture really small. This makes it appear sharp and clean as if not drawn with the pencil tool. That's how I draw (usually) and now I'm playing with the paint brush tool to color my chibis. This one, however I didn't use the paintbrush on. Hope it helps!

On Photoshop CS5 I draw the sketch then go to image size and change it from pixels to percentage. Then it turns into 100 for width and height as a percentage. I made it double the size and draw/color from there. After when I'm done and want to make it small I go to image size and make the percentage less then 100 to shrink it. I resize it smaller and smaller until I get the dimensions I want. I hope this made sense! ^^
