BWAHHA-HAHA-HAHA-HAAA!!!! FINALLY SOMETHING I WORKED 6-7 HOURS ON, YA'LL ACTUALLY GET TO SEE!
I recovered my computer files but it took some time and searching. You see, I've been in a photoshop slup since my beautiful picture with lots of fire in it was completely wiped out. I lost inspiration when all of it was deleted.
So then... one day I drew out this scetch and thought to myself, "Hey, I got an idea for photoshop but... OH WHAT THE HECK!" and I got to work on it. Then my computer crashed again and I thought I lost this file. Well, thank GOD it wasn't destoryed... I have been working on this inbetween homeworks and tests, in total, about 6-7 hours of work spread out in 2 weeks.
This picture means alot to me because it shows the new Mia. I have been getting very involved with my music. I've been singing, playing my guitar more, and have been hitting stuff with my drumsticks (haha driving my parents insane). I've been having dreams of singing in front of people, playing my guitar...worshiping the Lord. I've always had a special place in my heart for worship. I'm hoping I can use that in the future. The words on the back are lyrics of my journey to the Lord. All of those words mean so much to me. Especially the last line...that I wrote.

I actually only used 28 layers and I'm viewing only like...20 XD I'm actually quite proud of myself because I didn't use so many layers. I know I could have touched up some places and I did try... so don't mention the bad coloring. I really wanted to put a watermark on there but... I simply just ruined the picture because of the lyrics in the bad. Do you think I should put a watermark in there anyways? Should I add a border to put copyrights on it?

In my opinion, anthro art is very artistic. Jesus spoke anthroplorphicly. Not nessasarily in the animal sense but in the symbolic sense (which is how I like to view my art). Everything I draw is symbolic pretty much. Thank you for your comment.

My critique for the picture would be only to make the shadows a little bit more defined, to emphasize the light. It's fine enough as it is, but a bit more shadow could make it even better!
The piece is great, though... it's very spiritual and inspirational. I like your use of lighting and poses, and your anatomy and everything is shaping up quite nicely. The soft shines on her hair, I think, is one of the best things about this one. Her hair looks so natural... very lovely Mia, great work!

That would actually be a good idea. Soon, I'm gonna be editing up a bunch of stuff and I was planning on fixing this one anyways.
I've been doing sculpture art lately and I've had to practice poses alot more. When you want to improve your anatomy, do sculpture art! Thank you very much Ribbons. I always look forward to your comments.

It's not just happiness. This is a feeling I feel even when I'm in a pickle. It's hope. God has given me hope again. I feel free from these chains of negitivity and depression. It's more than happiness. Happiness is a state of mind. This is more than a state of mind.
I don't have just happiness, because that comes and goes. But I have peace, and faith. And faith doesnt make things easier, or life easier... but it does make all things possible.
