パックマン X ラリー XA crossover of Pac-Man & Rally-X cause both are similar.
Pac-Man here has black gloves with white cuffs, boots based on the Wing Boots from Pac-Land, & goggles as headwear. His car is the Pac-Driver WSG where he can hop inside the Pac-Man-like car & take control to get driving to collect every flag he can find. Colored eyes represent levels of fuel:
4 Bars - Full
3 Bars - Almost full
2 Bars - Half full
1 Bar - Almost empty
0 Bars - Out of fuel
Pac-Man's boots are also connected to his car representing the following:
All 4 Ghost Colors - Full
3 Colors - Almost full
2 Colors - Half full
1 Color - Almost empty
0 Colors - Empty
(When the ghost colors go empty, they'll revert to white)
