I didn't go through the process of coloring the skin blue in this picture ^_^ sorry, but use solarshine's tutorial [link] and color first on yours!
I use the "Liquify" filter(with a small brush with a low pressure-- both around 10 to 12).
I always use short strokes so it's easier to undo mistakes.

1- first I widened the bridge of my nose.

2-then I bring the sides in and up so they are in line w/ the bridge of the nose.

3-next, I bring the tip of the nose down and spread the highlight out so it looks like the nose is more-flat (flatter... bad grammar...) you should do this "spreading out" all the way up the nose to the eyebrows.

4- Then take the tip of the nose and drag it farther down and stretch the nostrils out to make it look more like a cat's nose. before you do any more to the nose, do the eyes as shown it solarshine's tutorial.

5-Next, take the brow and pull it down so it blends in with the eyelid and narrows into the bridge. at this point, you may want to widen every thing a little more if you think it's too narrow.

6- choose a shade of brownish-red you like and use the "brush" tool (at 15-17 width), layering the "color" mode (at about 50% opacity) and the "darken" mode (7%) until the color is visable enough.

7- use the "burn" tool (@ 27%) to darken the nostrils and create shadows, including a dark line above your previous coloring.

there you go! ^_^ now you know how to make your nose Na'vi-esque!
