Julia the Flareon! Another commission for , this time of my Flareon gal, Julia. Normally she wouldn't ever wear a diaper, so it might come as a surprise for those of you who happen to know about this character. ^^ In fact, this was actually a one-time deal when Julia happened to find one of Alex the Glaceon's ( ) diapers, and wore it for teasing him with. ;3 She means well by it of course, but she's always teasing Alex, all in good fun. ^^
