...I fell into an XCOM blackhole with the speed of light.
I like those games.
It's a return to turn based games for me, because the last time I played those when Gorky 17 and Gorky Zero came out. It was so long ago. But I enjoy very it very much.

Well, technically, because all the alien and ADVENT troops were fully or partially controlled by the psionic network. They could not go rogue even if they wanted to.

Well, probably some rogue ADVENT in a hypothetical XCOM 3 as the psi-network was taken down/heavily damaged by the XCOM in XCOM 2.

1) If you mean in the final arc of ME3, you can resist but you will suffer because of that. Indoctrination supresses your will and "punishes" you for trying to regain control. Psi network completely disables this will.
2) That redhead is Triss. And he did not get over Yennefer, he lost his memory. Triss used this factor to make Geralt hers as she had a romantic interest, but did not have a chance before as Geralt was in love with Yennefer. In the end of Witcher 2 and in Witcher 3 Geralt regained his memory. And he/the player could choose whether to return to Yen or to forgive Triss and stay with her. But I'm getting off topic: what I mean is that there was no mind control there. Just head trauma.

1) Still, as I said, it IS possible to resist indoctrination. I've just checked the wiki.
2) Short version: Geralt received a serious wound while dealing with rioters in a village. Yennefer managed to save him, but the side effect was heavy amnesia.

Thanks! I think I drew her like that, because of the way I'm drawing Turians from Mass Effect. Maybe she looks way too much like them in my style. If I ever draw her again I definitetly must do something with it.
