I did this mostly to show my support for and her comic The Secret Life of Crows. She's holding a contest of sorts, and by this time it's getting very close to the deadline. Regardless, she has the first issue in her gallery and you should give it a read.

Materials: b-6b pencils, blending stubs, tortillions, kneaded eraser
Paper: plain 70lb sketchbook paper
Time: ~12hours? I lost track.
Thoughts while drawing: Based on the differences in covers and the character in the book, I'm guessing the details on the helmet and such change, so I'm saying this is one possible iteration?
