This is Monte Carlo, one of my adult White's tree frogs. It seems like she is falling and giving me a look like, "Hey lady stop taking these damn pictures and help me out before I fall!"
But don't worry she never was in any danger of falling...I had my other hand right under her in case she lost his grip. But with those big toes she held on without any issues.

Sort of. They have microscopic hairs on their toe pads that help them grip onto seemingly smooth surfaces, like glass. So you can feel them gripping you but it's not in a true "sticky" sense like how candy can be sticky.
