If I could spreadaffection far
across the world
with the blow of
a dandelion,

I would so love
to watch the white
puffs float to meet
their destination.
I want to see more eyes,

I really like this. It is simple and sweet and it has a simply adorable message. In my opinion, it gives the reader a sense of nostalgia for when problems could be solved with simple beauty. It just sort of makes me sigh with longing. Oh, those were the days.
I really love the last line, as well. It is very poignant. I really like the way you italicized it, because it just brought everything home. It definitely catches your attention to that particular line. Another line I really love is the entire second stanza. Describing them as white puffs is so normal, yet, in my opinion, almost unexpected. You'd expect the dandelion seeds to be glorified, and they're not.

I think I may be slightly dyslexic. When I first read this, I read,"I want to spread infection." And I thought "Zombies? o:" hehe. But I reread it. And I really like it. It's simple and has a good message. :]
