She was supposed to be on the last adopt sheet, but I really like the pokemon she's based off of, chandelure, and I love her too much. The dress is an antique lolita theme and took 3 hours to design. O_o I didn't even notice. I went with the antique theme since she is a ghost type and had the lolita theme because I really like the style.
