who is "strangling" you , me ? ; you are the one who is utterly incapable to accept any kind of love and/or care whatsoever, you go rampantly wild and blame the people who are showing love empathy and care towards you ; then you blame yourself for blaming them and put your tragic-past as a veto-reason for doing that and declare
everyone a careless, egoistical asshole who even opens their mouth to say smth against that circular reasoning ;[...]

things are going great for me i've got a decent paying job and slowly crawling through college. if you don't mind me asking what are you struggling with? you don't have to tell me if you don't want to.

I suffer from clinical depression, ptsd and borderline. When it gets really bad, I'm unable to do anything and become dangerously suicidal. I've been in and out of the Clinical care and relationships havent been that great either... ):

i talk from experiance, my girlfriend has got some mental health issues (not horrible but just difficult to deal with) and it's a draw on the both of us since i live a thousand miles away from her

Nobody can truly understand another's pain until they have walked and lived in that ones shoes. The person obviously has not experienced the pain you feel, and therefor has no right to state his/her opinion on how you should express your feelings.
