I feel like an awful person for saying that, but this is so hauntingly beautiful In the sense of honesty, authenticity and sheer emotional impact. I can't believe how much content you packed into these scribbly drawings, let alone just how much response it gets from me. Each one of these pictures shows so little, yet tells so much. You just gave us some 11000 words worth of images

The fact it's a meme makes it even more powerful. In addition to everything you shown here, it's such a perfect illustration of "beware of what you ask about, because you might actually hear an answer". Unlike a lot of the commenters below, I don't find it dark, twisted or disturbing. It's simply true, a set of honest, serious answers to half-hearted questions. Which is why it's all more chilling. It's not some horror story that'll be over once we close the page. It's all too real. That's why it's also so believable

And again, I feel like it makes me a horrible person, but I find it incredibly inspiring. It gave me a very vivid reminder of some things I knew, but didn't quite feel for a long time: That sometimes the most worthwile things you can pass to others are not what they wish to hear. Or that if you think that keeping your ugly, painful experiences to yourself is considerate to others, then you should realise that you're teaching them it's okay not to be considerate to you (and other people around them)

I'm not very comfortable liking this so much. On one hand, I know you'd never paint this (or most of your paintings, in fact) if it weren't coming from life experience. In that sense, I wish this picture (and your whole gallery) never existed On the other hand, though, I also can't help but feel that the world would have lost something very valuable if you never shared it. You art is a testimony, and it's a very vivid one. If it didn't exist, some people would never learn from it. Others would never get to sign under it and say, 'this says what I wish to say, but can't'. And some others still wouldn't be reminded of how important bravery and honesty is in art So, how do I put it? I'm sorry you paint what you do, and please keep up the greatl work You're a good example of just despicable this world can be, and you give a wonderful example of how it can be made better, one small step at a time

Goddamnit you remind me of Buzz Osbourne so much, it's so nice. Except you don't have a 5-foot-in-diameter afro of natural fluff-hair. But that's okay, the way you take some trendy meme and rip it into something dark just makes me so happy, as uncomfortable as that sounds. He always had a way of taking some simple and making it into an audio horror movie, great guitarist and vocalist as he was. You unintentionally seem to do the same, turn a simple questionairre into an itchy, scary, and disconcerting piece. I just love it, it makes you think: what kind of inane goddamn questions are these? What do these matter? Is this not just a simpler way for people to pretend to get to know me? Is this not just a trendy, desperate attempt to seek attention on an overpopulated internet -- a neatly-packaged form of social interaction? I grant that it's a silly questionairre, but your dark mood makes me think, and so does my Philosophy class, because memes really do have a tendency to piss me off after about 5 minutes of giggling. Stuff like this reminds me of cheeseburgers at McDonald's: a cheap, quick, simple sustenance that keeps me going, but without the diarreah. Essentially, memes are quite the same thing in social form, unremarkable representations of something better: ACTUAL social experiences; a moment where something clever happens. But you weren't there, and you didn't think of it, so here it is, in a nice little package that everyone can understand quickly and simply enough. And it worked on me, I felt better and I giggled and I related to people, but it got old fast.

Perhaps it's because I live in America and half of these inane questions remind me of something that appears on a job application for Shaw's. I will grant that these forms can be fun and cute, but I'd like to reassure you that your dark mood is not a party-pooper, it's a thinker-maker. Your strong, potent images actually gave me the feeling that I was glancing into an emotionally wrought moment in your life, with things that you really cared about, but were wrenched away from your very hands. Cute as these memes are, they tend to really demean what a human actually is made of, they make us chuckle and think simply of one another. We miss someone? Oh, that's sad. No image, no emotion, it's just there, maybe with a little frowny-face. Awh. And that's it. Your drawings remind us that there is raw, exposed, bleeding heart behind this person, this human. Everyone suffers and because this is so we seem to drown out the fact that it's true and it's real. In memes our simplified selves come to life and pretend to be the real thing, but it's a facade and a lie. So thank you for being so alive here. I see cute wittoe memes all the time, and they make me giggle, but this makes me feel alive again. Once again, thank you.

You know, I did notice your lack of color, and although I would like to see color again, I understand your emotional duress, if I could draw with any competence other than that of an armless 5 year old painting with severed finger dipped in watercolors in his mouth, I would totally paint an image of me poking your face and bringing color into it, a smile, too. Or maybe caressing. Sadly, the only artistic capability I have I just described. At least the idea's out there, so maybe I'll eventually give it a try. xD Hell, I'm sure at least the attempt will make you giggle.

-poke- .... ah crap I'm it now D; fff i should have thought bout that... BUT i am no good at drawing or telling stories/explaining things, so i am immune to this tag game in a sense. but as for your answers~ i can relate to some or most of them like, most of the things in number 1 (except for moody, i do whine but not a lot xD, and maybe the drama queen... but i can't tell myself :3) and number 4 where many things make me think back and nostalgic feelings arise where i want to go back to,and number 8 which would kinda be tied to number 4 to me. then and i also learned that i have cream inside of me. OMG GET IT OUT OF ME! ou but as for you having stories to tell... i likes stories :'D well i likes to listen. so thats kinda the opposite. :3 um and sry no need for this lengthy comment. i gives you -high five- and llama... if i could give you another. :3
